passengers. The floor plans of the resort residence shown above, are of a
12.5' X 20' unit. This floorplan is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom layout,
a master bedroom with an island bed, a three piece bathroom, an open kitchen with
designer appliances, and a dinette area. The dinette can be converted into
additional sleeping accommodations if there are more than two occupants.
On this deck level there are vacationing homes from two hundred and fifty
square feet to two level estates as large as 2,500 square feet. This
is the smallest size available on this deck level. There are other units
with a balcony / terrace, and our exclusive luxury resorts have larger
accommodations on other decks if You require more space.
Prices
listed are subject to changes without notice. Pricing for cruises and
vacations are inclusive of maintenance fees. All other programs
including our fractional vacation ownership, the fees or costs for
maintaining the property are inclusive to the program price, for the amount of time that is owned. Not like a cruise ship
stateroom, suite, or cabin, as all of our vacation homes have
kitchens. Our larger suites and staterooms provide
more space, features, and facilities as opposed to cabins on smaller
ships so You can travel with increased comfort and experience the excellence of
traveling onboard one of our twin hull liners. The expectation of traveling to
exciting, exotic, and exquisite destinations can differ from what you
expect, but the real experience everyone is looking for is from the real,
and being able to add this to life can be an extreme
insight on lifestyle and living.
