Holiday residences range
in size from 250 sq. ft. suites and staterooms to 1,500 sq. ft. apartments, or
larger if combined. Our family resorts offer many different
ways of owning and exclusive owner ship opportunities ranging from a few
weeks annually up to months every year.
The unique and exclusive
programs at our resorts have been developed to make it possible for
persons or companies to own properties in a very convenient way.
Averaged prices range from $146.24 U.S. per person per week / based on
double occupancy and a minimum of two weeks for owners. Two week
vacation home ownership programs 1/26 (14 Day) are from
$11,699.35, and annual 1/13 (28 Days) fractional
ownership is from $23,698.71.
