deck below the entertainment complex on level L, there are four hundred and
fifty eight vacation homes ranging in size from 250 square feet,
to 3,270 square feet, with a maximum occupancy of up to 8 persons in a
property. Luxuriously appointed, technology enhanced holiday
properties with numerous floor plans to choose from. There are many
staterooms that have a large private balcony. Every property will have
a view, with our porthole view systems, and each holiday home will have a
kitchen for your convenience.

to choose from, with programs for shared owning similar to timeshares but
different from timeshare. You can own two weeks annual use of a
cabin, suite, stateroom to take cruises every year for a life time.
You can own two weeks to a month or more with our fractional ownership.
Our owner ship programs are a great way to own a winter escape and
travel to many destinations. We will be staying at most
destinations a couple of days or more so you can relax and enjoy your
stay at leisure. Spend more time with your partner, spouse or family and enjoy the better things in
life.
The
cost of living onboard for vacations, or as a resident will vary
depending on the size and type of accommodations, and the number of
people. Our prices show the projected cost for 2 people to live in
the accommodation. This will only increase slightly for each
additional person living onboard, and the average price per passenger
will decrease. Our costs to stay aboard will be kept stable well
into the future, by our extensive utilization of alternative energy and
renewable fuel supplies. The entire exterior of the complex is
covered with solar power panels, and there are numerous wind power generators
being built into the complex. These renewable energy sources and
others will keep costs very reasonable for many years.
Our
price includes many things, and include maintenance fees. There is no
condo fee or common fee. Golf, scuba diving, water
sports, and adventure are inclusive. We'll have a golf practice course for
golfers to practice up for a game before we arrive at land based
courses. For those who like scuba diving, our health sciences
center will even have decompression chambers, and there will be a store
for divers at our shopping center on the promenade deck.
We
also have available,
resort business opportunities where you can own part of an ocean liner
resorts complex and operate a venture in one geographical region or many
geographical regions. Regional, internationally or global, with our
ultimate choices of owning a cruise business. You can own anywhere from
fourteen days annually up to as long as you want on an annual basis
with our exclusive fractional ownership for international businesses. Rent,
lease, and provide the ultimate holidays to your clients. You
can choose where you would like to operate and when you would like
to do commerce. The potential is almost endless.
