New state of the art holiday residences, suites, staterooms, cabins, and
vacation homes aboard our twin hull luxurious liners, with cruises, vacations and options
in ownerships. Offering a fractional ownership program similar to
owning timeshare / timeshares, or mutual ownerships, plus opportunities
to own and operate a regional, international, or global
cruise business or resort business within our complex. Our programs
will operate on a minimum 14 day travel itinerary, and go up.
Our new residential liners will travel to global locations, with cruises in
the Caribbean, Florida, Hawaii, South Pacific, trans Atlantic to the Mediterranean,
and many other places around the world, always seeking a perfect climate
and the best destinations. Depending on the itinerary, you will
visit our exclusive islands and private island escapes to discover
different adventures each visit.
The price on two week cruising is inclusive of all maintenance fees,
and averaged for owners. Life time vacations prices are for owning the
use of the property for a 14 day period, every year, lasting the life of
the ocean liner, estimated at a minimum of 90 to 100 years or more.
Per person average, is based on double occupancy for 2 weeks, per passenger,
but our pricing reflects the cost of the residence, suite, cabin, stateroom, or home.
For example - R5P and R6P are staterooms for families with a couple bedrooms
and bathrooms. If you average the cost for a family of four, the
average cost per person weekly is less at $160.91. If you compare
costs you will find this is the best value. Other inclusive features listed will
give you an idea of the great value in our resorts.
Fractionals are shown priced in a couple of different ways, 1/26 (14 Days every
year) or 1/13
(28 Days annually), but are
available in many other fractions as well.
Pricing is subject to change without notice. If an accommodation was
reserved for building on the first in our fleet - EXPERIENCE, prior to keel
laying in 2008, the price to buy will be
guaranteed. |
