are based on a minimum of two week - or 14 day intervals. From one bedroom staterooms, to four or more
bedroom accommodations if needed. The larger estates are inclusive of
larger kitchens and luxurious living accommodations.
All of our exclusive vacationing residences have porthole view systems, furnishings,
a computer system, high speed internet access, and integrated home automation
that is monitored by the layered biometrics security system. We custom
build each suite, stateroom, or estate with unique designer products so that
each interior is unique. There are only eight
cabin suites on this deck that are 250 sq ft, the remainder are from 375 sq ft and up, with
the largest at 1,500. A good choice of quality accommodations for
family or couples. You can choose one of our cabins, or places the size
of a condo or family apartment.
The averaged prices range from $146.24 per passenger
per week including fees, for owners of units. Share owning begins at $11,699.35 for a life
time of cruises and vacations based on our minimum of two weeks, inclusive of
annual maintenance fees. The expected life time of our
liners is 90 to 100 years, and if calculated out at 20 years gives you an
average cost of about $20.89 per day, including maintenance costs. The
ultimate in value for an upscale holiday property, providing endless
possibilities. The best ways to own a place where you can escape and enjoy
life.
You
can rent, or you can own and rent with our business program. There is
the option of buying a single property, a couple of properties, or you can
buy a group for development at our ocean liner resorts. There is also
the option to buy shared interests so that you can operate a cruise business
on either a global or regional scale. As mutual owners of a suite or
stateroom you have the ability to choose where your market will be and when
you want to operate. You may want to operate only in the Caribbean, or
only for the winter months when everyone from Canada or the northern United
States are looking for an ideal place to escape winter. They might
need a holiday for a couple of weeks, or a place to live for five or six
months. With our ownerships you can offer either, or both.
With our extensive use of solar power, wind power, and our exclusive hybrid fuel
system, the cost of traveling onboard will be steady compared to any other ship.
As the energy and fuel costs rise for other ships and lines, ours will remain constant into
the future.
Our
restaurants combine a dozen global culinary selections in one area aboard
all of our liners, located on connoisseurs corridor. The St Croix, The Seas,
plus ten more for a casual or fine dining experience. Caribbean
cuisine, Chinese food, Italian, Spanish, and culinary choices from other
places around the world. Certain restaurant
establishments and eateries are available for lease. |
