the best, if you want to experience international living, without all the costs
involved with investment in international real estate. You will enjoy it, your

A different option to full or whole owner ship is our fractional ownership.
Residences on this deck level are available in fractionals, as well
as full time or whole ownerships. Our private residence club has a
perfect way of owning or share owning a place to live in many countries, and only having the costs
to live in one place, and only for the amount of time you own. Our fractional
ownership is a perfect option to enjoy retirement, living anywhere and travel

Not being designed or built as a cruise ship, our choices and sizes of
property are distinctively different than what you would find on cruise
ships. Each dwelling has a kitchen, or kitchenette, a dining room
or dinette, and depending on the size of property, a matching number of
bathrooms to the number of bedrooms. The selection of dwellings
for sale on this deck level are anywhere from 1,200 sq ft up to the largest at 6,100 sq
ft, and most are located oceanfront, or water front. There are no condo fees,
maintenance fees, and no hurricanes. |
