You can choose a cabinet design like no other, select floor coverings
to suit your lifestyle, and have a comfortable place to reside.
If you find that the area of these residences are too small, you can
increase the size of a residence by acquiring additional property or
properties within the same block.

of a 5 or 6 star hotel and more. A condo complex or exclusive condos located in various parts
of the world will provide you and your family with different things to do.
When you own a home onboard our twin hull liners, you will experience more.
You, your partner, and
/ or family, will visit our island escapes, our coastal properties and those of
our global partners. Access is exclusive to our residents, owners, and guests.
We have tropical islands with pristine beaches where you can relax and enjoy the
day. We have golf courses, so you can golf as much as you want. We
also have private lakes where you can go canoeing, swimming, fishing, and other
leisure activities.
Our fractional ownership programs offer options to full time owner ship, and
provide persons an avenue to own a second dwelling without the cost of
purchasing and maintaining a second property that is only used for part of
the year. This is also an ideal option for retirement, and retiring in
the paradise you choose. Retirement living onboard is a perfect option to
retire anywhere and everywhere. 1/26 fractionals from $8,013.32 U. S. for the
lifetime of the liner, projected at a minimum of 90 to 100 years. A fraction of the
cost of retaining properties in many countries.
We will also provide cruises and vacations to people wanting to take a
vacation or cruise aboard. This will be available exclusively through our
resort club business partners who own property aboard.
Cruise ownership is our private brand of
product, and may be the best way to
travel and see the world aboard one of our luxurious liners if you have the
time to. Owner ship in this program can range from two weeks of
vacation or cruises to months, depending on your lifestyle and personal
preferences. Vacations will be available on decks I J M N Q and R from
$232.78 per passenger per week for owners based on double occupancy and our
minimum 2 week itinerary, inclusive of maintenance fees.
