residence at sea offers one bedroom with a private 4 piece bathroom.
This layout is approximately 13' by 25', with an open kitchenette
featuring high quality built in appliances including a fridge, a stove,
an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and compactor. There is a comfortable living room area
with a high definition plasma monitor, a dinette area, and a closet at the
entrance door, completely furnished in designer furnishings.
All residences on this level have fractional ownership options from 1/13 of a year and
up, and is available in select units this size to people who only wish
to live aboard using this as a second home, second residences, or living
only in certain parts or regions of the world for retirement. Pricing for cruise
owner ship in two week intervals is in the list below. Both these
programs last the life time of the ocean liner which is estimated at a
minimum of 90 to 100 years. A different way of retiring in paradise with the freedom of being able to
retire where you want. With this type of owning there is also the
option of buying a home and using it to retire when or where you would
like, and selling in fractional ownership the balance to people you know,
when you plan on being somewhere else.

areas and to where climate conditions are much better. We can visit
the islands of Hawaii when there are no threats of cyclones, so You can
explore Maui, Kauai, Oahu, Molokai, Honolulu, and other destinations in
the Hawaiian island paradise.
