Deck levels F, and H are both luxury home levels, with properties from just under a million dollars, and range to over 5 million dollar estates that vary in size from the smallest at roughly 1,000 sq. ft., to the largest at 6,100 sq. ft., and are custom crafted with the best interior designer products available.  Fractionals in the resorts levels, are a variance to our shared owner ship programs that are based on two week, or 14 day vacations, and provide a longer term for your leisure.  Cruise Resort Clubs are located on decks I J M N Q and R.  Estate quarters are on deck level V.  Vacationing and live onboard residences in these programs are fully furnished, complete with custom crafted kitchens, high definition full view monitors, state of the art computer (s), inclusive of high speed internet access, and an on board intranet service.  Available in one, two, or three bedroom accommodations, and larger if required, with a matching number of bathrooms, depending on the size.  Layouts, sizes, and choices of the units vary substantially.  The location can be inside, inside with views of the gardens and courtyard, or outside with an oceanfront or oceanview terrace / balcony.  There are also a few units with all of these choices, and any of them would be an ideal second home.

Enterplex Entertainment & Leisure Complex, houses the casino, tennis, racquetball, and squash courts, a basketball court, bowling, billiards tables, movie theaters, golfing simulators, golfers practice course, Competitions lounge, and many other diversions for you pleasure.  Culinations International Restaurants for fine or casual dining, with a wide choice of cuisine from around the world.  Provisions groceries and supplies for fresh baked goods, food and beverage needs, a health sciences center for your medical care if needed, complete with a pharmacy, various indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a shopping complex on the promenade which also houses the art gallery, a banking and financial services facility.  There are numerous units with terraces / verandas / balconies, but if you choose an estate without a terrace / veranda / balcony, you will still be able to observe outdoor surroundings with our integrated Full View System, installed in all units aboard as a standard feature.

Privacy, controlled entry, security, and convenience will be ultimate with our layered biometric security systems.  There will be no need to carry cash, debit or credit cards while onboard.  The layered biometrics and integrated automation features work together, providing instantaneous identification at all places you make a purchase, and bill your house account accordingly.  Access to all levels and properties is controlled through this system, maintaining privacy for all residents, passengers and guests.

These are not cruise ships or a line, they are luxurious, technology enhanced, residential ocean liners.  Depending on where you begin your traveling plans, or how long you want to stay, you can travel to different places in the world at various times of the year.  Differing from time shares which generally operate on a weekly basis, our programs will operate on minimum intervals of two weeks, differing from timeshares again, our fraction program extends this into longer periods.

If You want to escape from winter's cold for a couple of months, or to the other extreme, the heat, hurricane season, or wet weather for a while each year, we believe this is the perfect place to accomplish this.  You can pre plan an annual schedule to live on board, and escape to where the climate will be a more comfortable at certain seasons of the year, especially winter.  This is ideal for retiring in locations where it's warm when you're ready to retire.

If You have plans for retirement, but don't want to stay away from family or home too long, you can plan your retirement escapes easily, knowing when and where You will be each year for a set annual interval, or take your family on a journey along with you.

Another great fraction feature that is exclusive to us, is the ability to choose where you will be living during your stay, the United States, the Caribbean, the Mediterranean, Europe, South Pacific, Australia, At Sea, Hawaii, tropical islands, South America, or all of the above.  As well, You will be able to visit the same place each year, or alter where You'd like to be.  No matter what age You would like to retire, your style of life, or what You prefer to do, our universal programs and systems can be catered to give You the best possible lifestyle options.

The costs of living aboard are very reasonable.  The prices for maintenance fees are inclusive in all pricing. You only pay for what you use.  Electricity, water, garbage disposal, black and grey water treatment costs are additional.  Our extensive use of alternative energy, and renewable power sources will maintain costs for years.  Use of inclusive facilities on the most part is included, however some restrictions and availability of various components may apply.  Golf course use is included at our exclusive properties, but golf tee times should be reserved in advance.  The fitness center can be used at will, but spa treatments at one of the spas are additional.  Certain entertainment and leisure venues are additional.  Casino gaming and newly released movies are an extra

We are also offering business opportunities in programs similar to timeshares / time shares, or mutual ownerships, but not a timeshare.  A regional or global business, where You can select the region or regions to provide exclusive cruises, vacations, or accommodations to clients, with access to travel designers, agencies, and their services, or provide Your own service.

Cruise Business

Fractional Ownership pricing, starts at $14.31 U.S. per day if calculated over 20 years.  Example - to own this unit for approximately 28 days a year (1/13), for a lifetime, the cost would be $16,026.65 U.S., inclusive of maintenance fees. Your 28 day cost per year, per person, would be $400.66, if you project this on a 20 year term, monthly, this calculates to $14.31 daily, plus operating expenses.  For a brand new property at our resort clubs, this provides a great value. If you base the lifetime of the liner on a minimum 90 years, it would be about $3.18.
