the finest available products, and we will strive to create a perfect place for

Vacationing aboard is based on a minimum of two weeks. Vacations and
cruises from two weeks and up, with the option of extending this, so that you
can go every year. Our suites, staterooms, and vacationing property range
in size from 200 sq ft to 3,730 sq ft, and can accommodate between 2 and 8
passengers.
Exclusive shared
ownership programs for cruises and vacations, and some of our luxurious
dwellings will provide more than what you could imagine. We have a 2 week
shared owner ship program so you can travel onboard every year for the lifetime
of our twin hull super liners. Get away with your family, relax, and enjoy life.
Fractional
ownership from 1/13 of a year for those who would like to get away for a month
or months each year, without the costs incurred from full ownerships. A perfect
way to own a place and escape to where it's warm and sunny, or plan your
retirement to travel to the same destination or different destinations. When you
retire, you can live on board a month, 6 months, or more every year. Retirement
living, where there is always something new and exciting.
There are various
home amenities and top of the line services located on certain levels of the
complex designed to provide maximum comfort and convenience for all residents
and guests. There is everything from spas, business, investment, and
banking services, to international restaurants, to entertainment and leisure
facilities, plus many public areas.
