Ocean Liner resorts, a perfect place to get away from it all, or have it all, with a luxury vacation residence at sea.  Cruises and vacations you can rent and take once, or own for a life time.  Cruise Resort Club vacation home can also be obtained, and operated as resort businesses or commercial establishments in our owner ships program.  The perfect luxury resorts and vacationing places.  Residences are available in fractional ownership, plus similar owner programs to time share / shares, or mutual ownerships, but our fractional ownership programs are unique, offering minimum two week vacations and cruises, that cater to Your needs of when and where you want to go.  Suite and stateroom accommodations from two hundred sq ft up to the largest at 3,730 sq ft complete with kitchens or kitchenette.  Property the size of a ships cabin to properties the size of condos or apartments to others the size of a large hotel suite.  A good selection for singles, couples or families. Estates on these levels range from 1,200 to 3,000 Square feet, and are completely custom built.  Seven Wonders Of The Seas Excellence, estate quarters are not tiny, or small, as the word may suggest.  A cozy twelve hundred square feet, up to three thousand, or more, if you so desire.  There are smaller dwellings of 325, 375, 390, and 750 sq ft as well, we refer to as quarters or suites.  With the twin hull superstructure, by design we are able to offer endless interior floor plans and layouts.

Staff dwellings with similar technology features as other properties on board.  Quality furnishings, unique amenities, appliances, and state of the art computer systems are all standard.  Luxurious staff accommodations, provide our personnel with pleasant living accommodations, numerous facilities, and services, in exchange for dedicated service to all clientele.  An allotment of suites are reserved for corporate clients, who hold lease agreements in the casino, restaurant, retail shopping, and other complex areas.

No need to worry about health care facilities while you travel around the world.  Our facilities will be equipped with state of the art equipment, and staffed with some the finest medical personnel.  From minor scrapes, to serious emergencies, our facilities will be able to treat most, right onboard, whether an a voyage in the middle of the Caribbean, or visiting a tropical island in the South Pacific.

While on a trip to visit one of our overseas destinations, while offshore, or visiting a destination, you and you guests can enjoy the entertainment and leisure that will be available on board or at our exclusive escapes.  Golf, tennis, basketball, bowling, squash, racquetball, golf practice course, chess, movie theaters, casino, and more.  Many inclusive features are included in the costs, including scuba diving, water sports, adventure, golfing, internet, and no maintenance fees.
