passenger per week, based on double occupancy, inclusive of maintenance fees
and based on our minimum of two weeks for owners only. You can buy two week
ownerships from $9,311.02 U.S. for the lifetime of the liners, or a residence in 1/13
(28 Day) fractional ownership, from
$18,622.04 U.S., including maintenance fees. |

or resorts in other places around the World for sale, rent, or lease.
This is just one deck out of 20, and each deck has different sized
residences with different locations. Exclusive luxury homes with a wrap
around terrace, a private balcony or interior lanai. From a small
and cozy suite to the largest afloat, there are so many selections
available to buy, we are sure You will find a residence or family vacationing
property that will fit your lifestyle or needs.
Suites, staterooms, and family
holiday home choices on
this level range from the smallest at 200 sq ft to the largest at 950 sq
ft, with 10 different sizes in between.
Cruises and vacations will be available on a one time basis, or a lifetime
basis. Our unique ownership packages and options are designed exclusively
around what the purchaser wants. Our vacationing and cruising
packages begin at a minimum of 2 weeks, and go up. Fractionals begin
at 1/26 (14 Days) or 1/13, (month - 28 day), and go up, making our ownerships
scaleable to what you want. You can design your own travel plans, or
will be able to access the services of one of our travel designers.
There are many exclusive features in each stateroom, cabin, suite, or
living quarters, and all units are designed and being built to be distinctive
from one another.

for Cruise Business owner ship that can be either Global, International or
