on this level are aft of The Wave, a versatile special events area for corporate
conferences, trade shows, weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, and other community
occasions located at the front. All outer residences include oceanfront terraces - verandas,
all inner international residences, include a lanai. All penthouses,
residential estates, suites, cabins, staterooms, vacation
properties, and quarters include porthole view systems for great views
from the comfort of your home aboard. Homes aboard, are
designed to specifications from a selection of designer products.
Restricted access to any residence, or level onboard ocean liner Experience, is
controlled by your registry in our layered biometric security systems.
This provides all residents and quests with privacy. Biometrics
are also integrated into other aspects of the technology features making
life a little more convenient and secure.
Properties for sale in this area of
the complex range in sizes from 2,025 square feet to the largest at 4,438 square feet.
The places around the world we will be living are numerous. Owning
a home onboard will take you to the Caribbean islands where we'll live
for a while and then travel to another destination. We'll stay
here when the weather is ideal, and then journey to somewhere else when
it's hurricane season. We will be staying at most destinations for
2 to three days and then continue on our endless voyage to another
destination on our island earth. Cruise from the Caribbean to Florida, the
Carolinas, to New York and the east coast of Canada. Then cross
the Atlantic and on to Europe, the Mediterranean, and other warm climates.

Your ownership includes visits to various global property, from private
islands to resorts with golf courses, to intercontinental destinations
of interest. Environmental impact will be kept to a minimum, with
our environmentally agreeable and friendly energy sources, at the same time
offsetting operational costs which are passed on to You. Plunge
pools are available, or you can go swimming in one of the open air or
enclosed pools. We can also build a pool right in for you,
depending on the location.
Property on this
area ranges in size from 1,000 sq ft to the largest at 8,375 sq ft or more. There
is the option to buy a single unit, two units, or a group of units to
create whatever size place to live you want, providing the ones chosen
are available. A comfortable one bedroom and bathroom oceanview apartment,
or a family apartment with two bedrooms and bathrooms. A three or four
bedroom condo, or a mansion, the choices for family are many. Four or five
rooms to 50, 60, or a hundred rooms. We can build a custom crafted place
whatever way you would like. Each dwelling is furnished, and has a kitchen for your
convenience. Different from condos, there are no maintenance or condo fees. There
are no hurricanes to worry about, and no property taxes. The best way to retire,
and enjoy the ultimate in retirement.
Living on our luxurious
liners will be convenient and comfortable. There are quality amenities
designed into our complex that will provide both convenience and a quality
lifestyle on our global voyage. There is a complete hospital onboard, a
grocery store, a large selection of restaurants and eateries, a shopping center,
an art gallery, a casino, and many entertainment or leisure options. A
feature of our cruise liners that is different from others, are the twin hulls.
There are 2 hulls instead of 1. Twin parallel hull to give you more than
double the comfort compared to a single hulled ship.
This will be the first we
are building in our 50 billion dollar project. A new class of vessel, different
from ships.
