complete with a private balcony for wonderful views of the sea and our
destinations. The floor plan of the resort residence above are of a
12.5' X 40' unit with a 125 square foot balcony, giving you a total of 625
square feet. This floorplan is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom layout, a
master bedroom with an Island captains bed, separate bathroom, an open
kitchen with designer appliances and dining area, living room, and an
additional bedroom that can accommodate one person or two with an upper
bed. The couch can be converted into additional sleeping accommodations
if there are more than four occupants.
On this
deck level there are a selection of suites or staterooms from 250 square feet to estates
as large as 1,500 square feet. Our exclusive luxury resorts have larger
accommodations on other decks if You require more space. Prices listed
are subject to change without notice. Pricing for cruises and vacations
are inclusive of maintenance fees and averaged for owners. All
our programs include this fee in the program price and are
adjusted to the length of stay aboard. Compare the residences onboard our
twin hull liners to cruise ship staterooms, suites, or cabins, our larger suite and
stateroom accommodations provide more features, living space, and
facilities as opposed to cabins on smaller ships.
You can
travel to different places around the World with increased comfort and
enjoy freedom of choice when it comes to dining. You can order room
service, dine at one of the fine restaurants aboard, charter a chef to
prepare meals for You, buy the items You want from our on board grocery
store, or eat at a restaurant when at a destination we visit. None
of the pricing includes food or beverage, which gives You the choice to
select where, how and when You want to dine. You can choose the best
place on board, or the best place at each destination.
You can share owning with our
fractional ownership, for private use or business. You share the investment with
others, use the property personally, or rent it out, or both. The potential is
