is located port side on deck level V with all of the comfort of land based small
apartment condo or condominium apartment. The floor plan of this
brand new residence at sea offers one bedroom with a private 4 piece bathroom.
This layout is approximately 15' by 25', with an open corner kitchen
featuring quality built in appliances including a refrigerator, stove,
oven, dishwasher, a compactor, and microwave. This property has a comfortable
living room with a high definition plasma monitor, a cozy dining area in the
center, and a closet at the
entrance door. There is an oceanview system in the bedroom and an
oceanview system in the dining area.
Our private residences on
this level have fractional ownership available from 1/26 of a year (14 Days) and up. Units this size
are available to those who only want to live aboard part time, using this
as a second home, or want to reside only in certain parts or a certain
region of the World. This is also a good option of owning for
retirement life. You can live onboard when you retire for as many
months as you would like every year, but you only pay for the fraction you
own, and only pay for the utilities and services you use for the fraction
you own. If your property is vacant, and you plan on traveling
somewhere else, you can either rent or lease your unit, or leave it vacant
and only pay the minimal user fees of $0.
Prices for
cruise owner ship in two week intervals is in the list below as
well. Both these programs last the lifetime of the ocean liner
which is estimated at a minimum of 90 years and more. The
maintenance fees are inclusive for 1/13 fractionals and for 1/26 fractional ownership.

apartments, condos, or places for sale with the best climate or next to perfect weather.

the Atlantic, south pacific, or north pacific oceans, are prone to
hurricanes, cyclones, and other forms of extreme conditions caused by
mother nature.
With
our luxurious residential cruise liners, your property moves away from
these areas before this happens, and to where climate conditions are much
better. We can visit the islands of the Caribbean, or Hawaii when
there are no threats of a hurricane. Explore some of the seven
hundred island destinations in Bahamas or Turks and Caicos. You can
explore Maui, Kauai, Oahu, Molokai, Honolulu, and other regions in the
Hawaiian islands paradise. Visit The Dominican Republic, Florida, Puerto
Rico, Barbados, St Lucia, The Caymans, plus many ports along the east and
west coast of the United States and Canada. Owning one
of our properties, you don't have to worry about hurricanes.
A
great advantage to each destination we travel to are the economic benefits and
economic spin offs they will enjoy, compared to any other types of boats or ships
visiting. Our guests, passengers and residents are not obligated to
purchase anything onboard, they have the freedom to buy what they want at
a destination as long as it meets with international and local approval or
guidelines. When we visit a village, a town, or city in a country we
have been invited to, we stay for two or three days. You can go
shopping to buy food, clothing, jewelry, or anything else you would like.
You can choose any restaurant to eat at, or you can choose to sample all
of the restaurants.
This
provides larger countries and small developing countries with many
economic benefits from our visits, and provides you, your family, your
neighbors, and your friends with an opportunity to experience, explore,
and adventure at your leisure. The economical benefit is even
further enhanced by the fact that we will stay longer in most regions and
