passengers. The floor plans of the resort residence above are of a unit
approximately 12' X 18'. This floorplan is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom
layout, a master bedroom with an island bed and separate bathroom,
a kitchenette with designer appliances, and open to the
living room.
On this
deck level there are vacation homes from two hundred square feet like
this one, to luxurious family residences as large as 950 square feet. This is
the smallest size unit available on this deck level. Great for
couples or singles, and with great prices, choices, and options of
owning property aboard like you would a timeshare, but different from
timeshares.
There are no units on this deck with a balcony / terrace, but this
unit has a port hole view system. Our luxury resorts have larger
accommodations on other decks or on this level if you require more space
or more bedrooms to accommodate your family. Our larger suites and
staterooms provide more space, features, and facilities if you have more
than two persons traveling. This size of stateroom is similar to
most current cruise ship cabin accommodations, yet larger than most cabins
of older ships.
Pricing for cruises and vacations are averaged over 20 years to give
owners an idea of what their costs would be, inclusive of maintenance fees
and what is included in them. All other
programs including our fractional vacation ownership, the fees or costs
for maintaining the property are included in the program price listed.
Prices listed are based on building of our twin hull ocean liner that is
planned for completion in 2009, and are subject to change without notice.
