integral system is incorporated into our intelligent home automation,
telecommunications, and biometric security. |

350 square foot holiday residence
with a maximum occupancy of 4 passengers. The floor plan of the resort
residence above are of a unit approximately 12.5' X 28'. This floorplan is
a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom layout. The bedroom has an island bed and lots of
storage space. The three piece bathroom is separate, and across from the
open kitchen area. Designer appliances included are a refrigerator, a
microwave, a stove, an oven, a dishwasher, and a central vacuum. The
living and dining areas are central.
On this deck level there are vacation homes for sale from two hundred square
feet to residences as large as 950 square feet. There are no units with a
balcony / terrace, but this outer unit has porthole windows. You can enjoy
the views from the portholes, or enjoy the views from the integrated full
oceanview system as you travel.
Our exclusive luxury resorts have
larger accommodations on other decks or on this level if you want more living
space or more bedrooms to accommodate your family or guests. The largest
suites and staterooms provide more space, and facilities if you have more than
two persons traveling. This size of this stateroom is similar to most
current luxury cruise ship cabin accommodations, yet larger than most cabins of
an older ship. The designer doors are pocket style to provide additional
room on the interior while maintaining an elegant quality. Prices listed
to buy a unit are subject to change without notice, and based on the building of
our liner that will be completed in 2009.
Pricing for cruises and vacations are inclusive of maintenance fees and averaged
for owners. All our programs, including our fractional vacation home ownership,
the fee or costs for maintaining the property are included in the program price
listed. Our fractional ownership is an exclusive program that we invented
and developed exclusively for our clients. We invented an intelligent way
of owning the best.
Our selection of quality amenities and our diverse programs define our
commitment to provide our residents, owners, and guests with the best while
staying aboard with us.
A list of each standard feature available in all of our staterooms or private
residences, and onboard amenities is on your right, plus a list of various
prices for various programs and links to tentative destinations.
We will have business services, security, a shopping center, fine restaurants, a
grocery store, entertainment facilities, spa facilities, and a health sciences
center for any of our clients requiring medical care while traveling or at a
destination. There are many other facilities and features we are building
into each of our super liners, BUT, you will have to be a resident, guest, or
owner to discover and experience our fine qualities. |
