approximately 12.5' X 38'. This floorplan is a one bedroom, one
bathroom layout, a master bedroom with island captain's bed, separate
bathroom, an open kitchen with designer appliances. Lots of room to
relax and enjoy life on your voyage.
On this deck level there are holiday homes from the smallest at two hundred
square feet to the largest estates at 950 square feet. This is a medium
size unit and is available in different interior layouts. There are no units
with a balcony / terrace on this deck, but this unit has an oceanview system
that will provide views the same as porthole windows do.
Our
luxury resorts have larger accommodations on other decks or on this level
if You require more space or more bedrooms to accommodate your family or
guests. Our larger suites and staterooms provide more living room,
features, and facilities if you have more than two persons traveling.
This size of this stateroom is larger than most current cruise ship cabin
accommodations, and two to four times larger than cabins of older
cruiseliners or old ships ready to be retired from the seas. In 2008 and
2015 the safety requirements change, making old or retired ships ready
for the scrap yard.
Prices listed are based on U.S. funds, and
are subject to change without notice. Average pricing for cruises and
vacations are averaged over 20 years for owners of property and inclusive of the
maintenance fees. Every other program, including our
fractional vacation ownership, the fee or costs for maintaining the
property are included in the price listed.
