holiday residence with a standard occupancy of 2 passengers but will accommodate
up to 4. The floor plans of the resort residence above is of a unit
approximately 10' X 25'. This floorplan is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom layout,
a master bedroom with an island bed and separate bathroom, an open kitchenette
with quality designer appliances plus a host of exclusive features. You
have the option of cooking your own meals, chartering a chef to prepare meals
for you, ordering hotel room service, visiting the restaurants onboard or at one
of our global destinations.
On this deck level there are vacationing homes from two hundred square feet to
the largest at 950 square feet. This is the second from smallest size state room
available on this deck level. There are no state rooms with a balcony / terrace,
but this inside unit has our integrated view system to give you similar views as
porthole windows. The views will be actually better than a porthole.
You will have the option of viewing either fore, aft, port side, starboard side,
or all of these.
Our luxury resorts have much larger accommodations on other decks or even on
this level if You want more living space or bedrooms to accommodate your family,
friends, or guests. Our larger suites and staterooms provide more space,
larger features, and facilities if you have more than two persons traveling and
need extra living room. This size of this stateroom is similar to most of
today's cruise ship cabin accommodations, but larger than allot of cabins found
on older cruising ships.
Prices listed are based on the cost
of building aboard the first of our liners, (Experience) and are subject to
change without notice, but the price can be secured by reservation for building
if you want to buy a unit or reserve a place in one of our programs.
Pricing is inclusive of maintenance fees. All our programs including our
fractional ownership and fractional vacation ownership, the fee or costs for
maintaining the property are included in the program price listed. What is
