Families are welcome on board. This
residence gives you 950 square feet of living area, which is the largest on this resort
level. A master bedroom with 4 piece bath, plus 2 bedrooms each with
private 3 piece bathrooms. A maximum of 6 occupants, but if You want to
take along a couple of extra guests the sofa can be used to accommodate
additional persons if the overall occupancy rate is not at maximum. The
floorplans of the state room above shows a resort residence approximately
25' by 38' with a corner entrance. This floor plan is a three bedroom, 3
bathroom layout, has an open kitchen with quality appliances, a dining area,
and a comfortable living room area. This size of this stateroom
is larger than most cruise ship suite or cabin accommodations, and two to
four times larger than most cabins or suites of older ships or liners.
Being designed for trips that last longer, and for staying at
destinations longer, this gives you a quality place to stay with all the comfort
and convenience of home.
On this deck level there are state rooms from the smallest at two hundred
square feet, to this which is the largest. The estates at 900 square
feet are similar in number of bedrooms but the interior designs are
completely distinctive. There are no units with a terrace or balcony
on this deck, but each unit has a full view system that will provide views
the same as porthole windows do. Our twin hull ocean liner luxury resorts have
private accommodations with more room on decks other than this level, if you
require more space or additional sleeping accommodations for your family
or guests. These staterooms and estates provide more space and
facilities if you have more than four persons traveling, and the smaller
ones are great for singles or couples.
Prices
listed are based on building the first of our liners and are subject to change without
notice, but prices will be held if the unit is reserved. The first we are
building is named EXPERIENCE. Pricing for cruises and vacations are inclusive of the
maintenance fees. All programs including our
fractional ownership, the fee or cost of maintaining the property is included in
our price listed. The per passenger
weekly average is based on an average occupancy in this unit of 4,
with the larger state rooms, the averaged per person cost will decrease
as the number of passengers increases.
