of the resort residence above are of a unit approximately 12.5' X 30'.
This floorplan is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom layout, a master bedroom with an island
bed and separate bathroom, an open kitchen with designer appliances.
This is
just a sample of the floor plans available for these quarters. On
this deck level there are vacationing homes for sale from 200 square feet to
estates and residences as large as 950 square feet. There are no units on this level with
a balcony / terrace, but this inner unit has a full view system which will
give You views the same as having port hole windows on the interior.
Our luxury resorts have larger accommodations on other decks or
on this level if You require more space or more bedrooms to accommodate
Your family or guests. The largest suites and staterooms provide more
space, features, and facilities if you have more than two persons
traveling with you.
This
size of this stateroom is similar to most cabin accommodations on current
luxury cruise ships, yet larger than most cabins of older ships. The
designer doors are pocket style to provide additional room on the interior
while maintaining an elegant quality.
Prices listed to buy a unit are
based on buying a property on the first twin hull residential ocean liner we
are building and subject to change without notice. Pricing for cruises
and vacations are inclusive of maintenance fees and
averaged for owners only. All other programs for owning including our fractional
ownerships and vacation home ownership, fees or costs for maintaining the
property are included the program price listed.
Our fractional ownership
is the best way of owning a place to live for the winter and escape to
where it's warm. You can retire living onboard two weeks to a
month or more every year for a lifetime. You can choose where and
when you retire, and enjoy retirement life visiting and discovering
different destinations or the same destination annually.
Our sophisticated amenities
and our diverse range of programs define our commitment to providing our
clients with the best while staying with us. A list of each standard
feature available in all of our staterooms or estates, and onboard amenities
is below, plus a list of various prices for various programs and links to
tentative destinations. We will have business services, shopping,
fine restaurants, a grocery store, entertainment facilities, spa facilities,
and a health sciences center for any of our clients requiring medical attention
while traveling or at a destination. |
