This
residence gives you approximately 802 square feet on the interior, three
bedrooms, three bathrooms, for a family of four, and maximum of 6 to 8
occupants. In case You want to take along guests, the sofa can be used to
accommodate additional persons. The floor plans of the state room above are of a
resort residence approximately 25' X 36' located in the aft section on a corner.
This floor plan is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom layout, with an open eat in kitchen with
designer appliances, and a cozy family living room area. There are porthole windows
in various locations around the exterior, and views from our exclusive oceanview
systems.
On this
deck level there are state rooms from the smallest at two hundred square
feet to the largest estates at 950 square feet for families. This unit is close to the
size of a 900 square foot unit with the exception of the radius rear room.
There are no units with a balcony or terrace on this deck, but this unit
has portholes and a full view system that will provide views the same as
porthole windows do. Our ocean liner luxury resorts have larger
accommodations on other decks or on this level if You require more space
or additional bedrooms to accommodate larger families or additional guests. Our larger
staterooms and estates provide more space, features, and facilities if You
have more than five or six persons traveling. This size of this private stateroom is
larger than most current cruise ship cabin accommodations, and seven to
eight times larger than most cabins of older cruise line ships or liners.

Prices will be held if a unit is reserved to build, but as building progresses,
the price may change.
Averaged pricing for cruises and vacations are inclusive of maintenance fees. All other programs including our fractional ownership,
the fees or costs for maintaining the property are included in the
program price listed. The per passenger weekly average is based on an average occupancy of 4,
with the larger state rooms, the averaged per person cost will decrease.
