This
residence gives You 900 square feet of living area, a master bedroom with
a four piece bath, plus two bedrooms, each with private three piece bathrooms.
A maximum of 6 occupants, but if you want to take along a couple of extra guests the
sofa can be used to accommodate additional persons. The floor plans of
the state room above are of a resort residence approximately 25' by 36'
with a corner entrance. This floor plan is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom layout,
has an open kitchen with quality appliances, an open dining area, and a
comfortable living room area.
On this deck level there are private state rooms from the smallest suite at two hundred
square feet to the largest at 950 square feet, that is the size of a condo or
apartment. This unit is the second largest available on this level. There are no units with a
balcony or terrace on this deck, but this unit has a full view system that
will provide views the same as porthole windows do, and also has portholes
for wonderful oceanfront views. Our ocean liner exclusive luxury resorts have
larger accommodations on decks I, J, M, and N if You require more space or
additional bedrooms to accommodate your guests. Our larger
staterooms and estates provide more space, features, and facilities if you
have more than five persons traveling. The size of this stateroom
is larger than most current cruise ship suites or cabin accommodations,
and two to four times larger than most cabins or suites of older ships or
liners.
Prices listed are subject to change without
notice, but prices will be held from the date of order if the unit is reserved
for building. Pricing for cruises and vacations are inclusive of the
maintenance fees. All other programs including our fractional ownership,
the fees or costs for maintaining the property are included in the
price. The per passenger weekly average is based on
an average occupancy of 4, with the larger state rooms, the averaged per
person cost will decrease.
