Two hundred and fifty square foot holiday residence with a maximum occupancy of 2 passengers.  The floor plans of the resort residence above are of a 10' X 25' unit with a side entrance.  This floorplan is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom layout, a master bedroom with an Island bed and separate bathroom, an open kitchenette with designer appliances. What You see here is a layout, our complement of the best interior designers will turn this layout into a distinctive place for you to live while traveling with us.

On this deck level there are vacationing homes for sale from two hundred square feet to estates and residences as large as 950 square feet to accommodate from six passengers up to 8, depending on the occupancy level. This is the second from smallest size available on this deck level but even the smaller units are inclusive of our standard features. There are no units with a balcony / terrace on this level, but most of the outer units have port hole windows. Our exclusive luxury resorts have larger accommodations on other decks if You require more space.

Prices listed are pre building based and are subject to change without notice. Pricing for cruises and vacations are averaged and inclusive of the fees for owners.  All other programs including our fractional vacation ownership, the fee or cost for maintaining the property is included in the program price listed.
