About : This all began back in 1990, while on a cruise of the Caribbean. We were part of a group that occupied most of the cabins onboard a cruise ship we were on. The second day into our voyage, we met a gentleman that was heavily involved in international real estate, and was living aboard his private yacht, full time. In a conversation, he explained all of the yacht's features, and went on to explain all the features of the new yacht he had recently commissioned to be built. We became very interested in the upgrades that had been added, and the reasoning behind these upgrades. Larger accommodations and a longer hull, with more area to live, a deeper draft, and wider beam, to increase comfort on the high seas, a helicopter and pad, larger shore tenders, and increased technology. |

Over dinner that evening, we conversed on this encounter and decided to take a serious look at living a lifestyle like the gentleman we had met. We then had a conversation with friends on our experience, and they had a sincere expression of interest on learning more about this lifestyle. This is when a residence at sea first began to take form. |

Today we are the worlds only residential ocean liner builder. The only builder, specializing in building twin hull luxury liners. There have been allot of improvements in this project since 1990, and we are now in position to make this project a reality. We are constantly integrating our land based operations with our onboard operations to provide our clients with a better quality life in style. Our development in the past 18 years has taken many directions, but all our progress is focused on creating the future. We are developing a place to live, a place to retire, and exist in harmony with the environment. Our environmental concerns are so important to our corporate goals, we have delayed the construction a couple of times to make sure we can help improve the world, in an enhanced way. Yesterday is history, but tomorrow, the next day, and the next, will provide you and your family with the benefits of our decisions.
