As part of our development, we have created a place for all of our home clients and guests on cruises or vacations to go and relax, enter in a little congenial competition, or just have fun onboard one of the Seven Wonders of the Seas luxurious liners. You can go swimming in one of our indoor pools if it's raining, venture outdoor to the pools on deck D, or sit by the paradise waterfalls and enjoy the tranquil park like setting and views of the sea or destinations. Go to one of the luxurious movie theaters and watch a old or current motion picture. Challenge someone to a billiards contest, race around the twin level electric go-cart track at high speed, take an adventure on the roller coaster, or get a team together and play basketball. Go bowling, play darts, squash, or racquetball, and after the competition, sit down at Competitions sports bar and lounge with Your friends or family for a conversation about today's sport, or tomorrows sport activities. We also have designated rooms to entertain families or groups in this area, complete with comfortable furnishings, state of the art media centers, and catering will be available from one of the onboard restaurants or eateries. Use of the facilities other than gaming is an inclusive feature incorporated into the maintenance fees in all estate residences, penthouses, vacation ownership, fractional ownership, cruises, vacations, resort owner ship, and estate quarter residence properties. Port, starboard and aft of the Ocean Liner Entertainment and Leisure Complex, level K and L are ocean estates. Custom built luxury liner estates, with just a short walk to the diversions and leisurely activities aboard. New designer homes custom crafted to suit the owners lifestyle and style of life. One to three bedroom residences with a matching number of bathrooms, plus a half bath in most of the larger homes.
