Our ocean liners are designed and being built with all the amenities and services of a city, for a comfortable retirement lifestyle. Our twin hull, deep draft design, provides stability and larger interior living area, at the same time offering additional comfort while traveling on the high seas. Residences are on 23 of the 26 decks, and range in size from the smallest at 200 Sq Ft, to the largest residence at 8,000 Sq Ft or more, with hundreds of different sizes in between. We will custom build each dream home, guaranteeing perfect quality to the property owner. Homes can be obtained from one bedroom, up to as many bedrooms needed, with a matching number of baths in each, depending on the home square footage. You can own or share owning a property. Bring your family or friends along once in a while, or they can rent an accommodation to visit you. There are so many different ways we can accommodate ownership, and develop ways to best fit in with your plans to retire. Retiring, where the weather is warm, yet continuing to be active in business investment ventures. Personal or private investment pursuits while you travel is easily done through our onboard business & financial services, along with the assistance of integrated technology in each residence. |
