Vacation home ownership with Luxury Cruise Resort Clubs is not your ordinary or average way to own or take vacations or cruises annually. A new type of resorts with exclusive vacationing homes at sea aboard new residential ocean liners, plus the added feature of private island destinations, and private oceanfront escapes. Our residences, estates, suites, staterooms, and cabins are available to own for a lifetime, for cruises on an annual basis. Set on a minimum 2 week or 14 day period that can be extended in time periods of two weeks, or you can acquire more than one interval for various periods throughout the year to share with family and friends. There are twenty-six annual intervals with our program as opposed to fifty-two with timeshare. This style of program gives you an option that is what we believe to be, much better value than timeshares. You can relax and enjoy a little more of life. Escapes from the cold to paradise, an escape from the winter, but owning an escape that gives you this pleasure every year is something you can look forward to. Destinations we will be traveling to, are located around the world, and at each destination we will stay a little longer, letting you discover and explore. The price for these owner ships start at $4,655.51 per week, which figures out to $9,311.02 for the 2 weeks.
The interiors of our owner ship properties for vacations are fully furnished in the best designer furnishings, complete with custom crafted hybrid kitchens or kitchenettes, quality appliances, state of the art computers, integrated porthole view systems, high speed internet access, and onboard intranet access. Residences are available in one bedroom and bath, to two or three bedroom and bathroom accommodations for family, or even larger if required. The smallest stateroom or cabin is approximately 200 sq ft, and there are a limited number of staterooms or cabins this size available. There are a great selection of suites and staterooms ranging from 250 to 1,000 sq ft and having anywhere from one to three bedrooms with a matching number of bathrooms. The estates range in size anywhere from 1,000 square feet to the largest vacationing estate aboard at 3,730 sq ft.. Families, couples, or singles have a good choice of property to choose from. If you prefer even larger than our largest, we have fractional ownerships of other properties up to 6,100 square feet, however these begin at a minimum of 1/13 (28 Days). There are numerous residence club properties with terraces / verandas / private balconies, but if you choose one without a terrace / veranda / private balcony, you will still be able to observe the outdoor surroundings with our integrated full view systems, installed in your residence club property as a standard feature. Privacy and controlled entry are ultimate with our layered biometric security systems, and there is no need to carry cash, debit, or credit cards while on board with this system. Prices are as diverse as our programs, and we have a good range to choose from. In our price lists you will be able to find the pricing for each address onboard, with all maintenances fees inclusive. Like owning a condo or apartment, with no condo fee. We have the best value for your money, and we are very environmentally friendly. |
