Why don't you refer to your twin hull super liners as cruise ships ?

Definition of a cruise ship is a passenger ship that is designed, built, and used only for short term pleasure cruises.  By definition, an ocean liner is a larger commercial vessel, that is operating as one unit of a fleet, carrying passengers and/or goods on a regular schedule.  Since our vessels are not just for short term pleasure cruises, but specifically designed and being built as residential resorts, will be larger than most ships, and will be carrying passengers and goods on a regular circumnavigation of the World. From the two definitions, liner is a perfect match.  There are many other differences that define between these. Our draft is deeper, the steel in our hulls is thicker, and the superstructure is stronger. Night and Day.

When will Your Luxury Liners be available for Living Aboard ?

We plan for our initial sailing, and subsequent global itinerary, maiden voyage departure of mid 2009.  Two months prior to our departure, owners will be able to begin moving their personal belongings such as clothing, and other personal effects into their completed homes, and familiarizing themselves with onboard facilities, amenities, and hotel services.  Owners of residences aboard can begin to live onboard at that time.

What Are The Differences Between Your Vacation or Fractional Ownership Program, and Timeshares, or other Timeshare Programs ?

Our ownership program operates on a minimum two week period over 26 intervals, where most timeshares, or timeshare programs are on one week, over 52 Intervals.  Another difference from time shares, our fractional ownerships range from 1/26 of a year and up, providing a user the option of partial use a certain time of the year, or different times of the year, and reducing over all costs associated with owning a unit, and only living in it a part of the year.  Our private residence club will be on the sea, will be very luxurious, and have exclusive features not found at other resorts or properties with perpetual or mutual shared interests.  When you share owning a property with us, you also share an interest in our private escapes. What is a travel designer and the difference from agents ?

A travel designer is much like a concierge service, only dedicated to providing clients with exclusive packages designed specifically around their lifestyle and what they want.  With us, these designers book flights, railway, bus, and other forms of transportation for our clients to arrive and depart, make sure that all of their favorite items are stocked in the kitchen cabinets and refrigerator, reserve tee times at the golf courses, make restaurant reservations, charter chefs, set up shore excursions at the different destinations, arrange snorkeling, water sports and scuba diving, arrange entertainment and leisure activities, schedule spa treatments, and provide information on each destination, plus other details that will make Your stay with us beyond what You could imagine.  Some agents can provide all of these services as well, and is relevant to the type of agency.

Will you be offering any cruising and vacationing options ?

Yes, cruising and vacationing will be available from designers or an agent of our business partners that own property in our development.  We have a good selection of cabins, suites, staterooms, vacation homes, villas, or estates, from 200 sq ft up to 3,730 sq. ft.. Each holiday home with a kitchenette, or kitchen, for your convenience.  Depending on the level of comfort, your lifestyle and how many people you will be traveling with, our choices are numerous.  Comfortable suites, cabins, or staterooms for singles or couples. Villas, estates and resort residences for family vacations.
