properties are scaleable from our standard deck floor plans by acquiring
additional property, adjacent to the residence you are interested in.
Create a penthouse mansion or palace with one open span, or multiple, with staircases and
elevators, if this is your desire. We are flexible in both design
and interior layout of our penthouse units.
In the aft section of
these decks is one of our spas, and fitness facilities. Study ancient
martial arts, from one of our masters, or pamper yourself at

three bedrooms, four, five or more, depending on the size of property.
Each with a kitchen crafted to the way you want, and fitted with quality
appliances. There are places that are oceanfront, places that have an
oceanview, and some that give you oceanfront view and garden views. There
are no property taxes, and no hurricanes.
Depending on
your lifestyle, you can live onboard fulltime, or with our
fractional ownership, from 28 days a year to as many months as you want.
Escape the winter for a few months every year, or use it as a second
place to live when you retire. You invest and save to retire, and plan where to
enjoy retirement. Our fractionals give you a choice to share the investment with
others, and enjoy retirement everywhere we'll be traveling. |

are not like traditional timeshares of condos. Minimum two week itineraries
and extended visits at our destinations giving you more time to relax and enjoy
life. Owners can acquire any number, one, two, three, or more suites, staterooms or
vacationing estates, and operate their purchase as a private residence club,
business getaway, cruise business, corporate retreat, or hotel. Access to all onboard
facilities, select exclusive properties, including island escapes, islands in
the Caribbean, and South Pacific.
There are many items included in
the price, and many items inclusive in the cost of staying aboard. No monthly
maintenance fee or annual maintenance fees.

Culinations restaurants located on connoisseurs corridor, a dozen restaurants
bundled into a single area with international cuisine. |
