Ideal estate homes, where you can do your work from home anywhere and everywhere we voyage.  Great location, located on over fifty billion picturesque acres of ever changing views.  Our selection of residences on these levels are numerous, and available in one to three or four bedroom family units or more.  Additional bedrooms can be added to certain units, depending on the size, square footage, and lifestyle requirements of the residents.  Full bathrooms are matched to each bedroom accommodation, for the comfort of the residents.  There are a great deal of oceanfront homes with many more features than you would find in any apartment complex.

Select units for sale are available in fractional ownership from 1/13 of a year and up, for the owner who only wishes to reside onboard for a certain time of year, or in a certain area of the globe.  Perfect for people who want to own a second home without all of the costs associated with owning a property and only staying there for a few months.  Our fractionals are the best way to share owning a retirement home.  The choice of when and where you would like to retire.  You share the investment with other people who have the same taste, and want the best.

Ideal resorts with the world's finest vacation homes, holiday accommodations, and stateroom suites.  Six decks of resorts, for business use, corporate use, or personal pleasure, with minimum two week cruises and vacations.  All of our travel is based on a minimum of two weeks - 14 day travel itinerary, which provides time to relax and enjoy your vacation without the hustle and bustle of week long vacations, or cruises.  Each holiday residence is fully furnished, and complete with the same top of the line features as our other properties onboard.  Each unit has a kitchen or kitchenette, a dining room or a dinette, plus all of the technologically advanced components.

Get away for a couple of weeks every year, a couple of months, or for the rest of your life.  Take your family along for the journey, and discover what our island earth really has to offer.  Cruise Resort Club residences are available in partial or fractional ownership programs for personal use as well as for business enterprises.  Owner ship programs are catered to the individual or company, providing an exclusive option of owning a suite, cabin, or stateroom aboard for endless holidays and traveling.  The expected lifetime is between 90 to 100 years +, which gives the owners in any of our programs many years of use.  Plus - we have a perfect contingency (continued use) plan for each vessel after being retired from the sea.

Estates on these levels range from three hundred and twenty five, to twelve hundred, to three thousand square feet, and will be entirely custom crafted, by seasoned professionals.  These quarters are on deck levels S, T, U, V, a couple of floors below the promenade shopping center, and art gallery.  A number of outer residences have porthole window views, as well as integral view monitors, which are another standard interior component inclusive in each unit.  This will give you the same view as a porthole, with the option of choosing, fore, aft, port, or starboard.

Places to retire and places you can own for retirement living that have many global locations.  Like owning a condo in Florida, a condo in the Caribbean or Bahamas, and hundreds of other global destinations, but with no fees or property taxes.  Your choice of owner ship to live onboard full time, or to share owning and live onboard part time.
