main restaurants are located on connoisseurs corridor deck levels I and J. Our
shopping complex location is on promenade deck P. First class professional
property in our health sciences center is on level O. Suites for
commercial businesses are located in various areas, depending on the type of
establishment. Leases of areas aboard are unique, and different from
land based real estate leases, as staffing requirements must be considered.
Lease agreements are individually negotiated to provide mutually beneficial
arrangements, and our clients the ultimate in service and finest hospitality.

Our development will design and build over 3,000 new luxury homes, from
penthouse residences to estate quarters onboard each ocean liner. Each
residence at sea will be distinctive, and custom built from the finest available
components. Gourmet kitchens, luxurious bathrooms, showers, bedrooms,
living room, great room, dining rooms, all requiring unique quality items to
complete. Items not available from manufacturers or suppliers in the
United States, Canada, or our partners, will be sourced out, or produced in
house to meet the goals of our clients. Our exclusive clientele range from
various walks of life, and desire the finest quality homes, offering privacy and
security in their investment.
