There are many advantages to moving to islands in the Caribbean, Hawaii, South Pacific, Mediterranean, the Bahamas, or other places in the World. Some countries with no taxes or low taxes, most have reasonable import tariffs, the climate is generally comfortable a couple of seasons out of the year, and are accessible by ship, boat, yacht, jet, or airplane. Our homes will be built aboard a double wall, twin hull ocean liner, where there is no property tax, fair importation costs, the best weather all the time, and are accessible by air, land, ships, boats, yachts, or helicopter. There will be four jet helicopters on board available to residents, passengers, families, and their guests.

Just about everything is included in the purchase price. There are no monthly maintenance or assessment fees. You only pay for what you use, everything else is looked after. If you compared this to a condo investment or residential real estate in another country, you have the benefit of no condo fee. If you are not residing aboard, it doesn't cost you anything other than annual club membership of $180.00. What you get in return on your membership is access to our exclusive resort escapes, a quarterly journal, and inclusive use of our facilities. You can golf as much as you want, go scuba diving, go hunting, go fishing, use the water sports equipment, our marina facilities, and many other items. This is all inclusive in the cost of owning, or shared owning.

If you live in the United States or Canada, you will be able to watch your home being constructed by visiting our yard. If you love to travel and are away somewhere else in the world, you will be able to check the status and maintain close verbal and visual contact with your building crew via the internet. Building begins in 2008.

Living onboard will be convenient, as our residential luxury liners have been designed with all the comforts and conveniences you would find in a small town or city. Choice of many things to do, and the independence to choose from the many options available. You can eat at one of the restaurants with a global selection of cuisine, go to our onboard grocery store and buy the items to prepare your own, or utilize the expertise of a chef and charter one to prepare meals for you. You can go touring around at our destinations and visit a local restaurant to dine.

Oceanfront, or oceanview, water front, balcony, terrace, lanai, or all. With no termites, snakes, red ants, cockroaches, or vermin, basically no inherent pests. Comparing, life will be a little more comfortable. If you compare residency, this is much like a tropical island, only with the ability to move and relocate to where it is sunny and warm, so as the seasons change we will relocate and move. Our resorts, a great place to get away from it all, share time with friends and family. The perfect resorts and vacationing places, with cruises and vacations starting at a minimum of two weeks. Travel everywhere, to the Caribbean islands, Hawaii, the Mediterranean, south Pacific, the Bahamas, and other destinations. Luxurious vacation ownership residences, holiday homes that can be acquired, and operated as a cruising business or vacationing establishment in our owner ships arrangements. Our exclusive residence at sea country club has units available in fractionals, plus programs similar in comparison to time shares or timeshare ownerships, only more luxurious, lasting longer, and with many additional amenities. Escape the winter from a couple of weeks to months. The choices of a rental, or own your escape to paradise.

Extravagance Living Quarters :

Levels located beneath the lifeboat and tender stations on the promenade are referred to as living quarters or suites. Accommodations on these decks range anywhere from 325 sq ft to three thousand square feet, and as in all of our properties, are entirely custom built. Extravagant as you want to as reserved as you want. Windows with an oceanview are available in port or starboard homes. View systems come as a standard feature in all dwellings and provide views comparable to porthole windows.

Luxury Staff Staterooms :

State rooms with comparable advanced technology features as other accommodations aboard. Quality, fully furnished, numerous amenities, appliances, and equipped with hi tech computers. Each personnel dwelling is comparable to the some of the largest of standard cruise ship cabins.
