Cruises or vacations will be available direct from our partner owners, their travel designers or agents, who much like a concierge will personalize a package custom designed around you and who you'll be traveling with.  If you live or love to go cruising, we have set our itinerary to operate on a minimum two week schedule, staying longer at our destinations.  This allows you to take more time to relax and enjoy, plus explore each destination at leisure.  Our choice of vacation homes, suites, staterooms, cabins, villas, or estates is extensive, and provide a great selection of sizes, prices, number of occupants, and interior features.  One bedroom and bathroom for singles and couples to four or five bedrooms and bathrooms for a family, complete with a kitchenette or kitchen, a dining room area or dinette, and a living room area.  The amenities onboard are there for the comfort and convenience of all passengers.  All units will be inclusive of many unique features exclusive to our residential complexes, but are there to make your stay as convenient and comfortable as possible.

In our resorts, you can have a suite, cabin, stateroom, home, or estate with or without a terrace / veranda / balcony, located on either port side or starboard side of the twin hulls, on levels I, J, M, or N.  Levels Q or R, there are outside quarters with porthole windows.  Numerous floor plan layouts, fully furnished, complete with custom kitchens and state of the art computer systems.  The finest amenities including Enterplex entertainment and leisure complex, Culinations restaurants for fine or casual dining, Provisions international groceries and supplies, concierge service, Health Sciences Center for medical care wherever we voyage, indoor or outdoor swimming pools, The promenade shopping center, and art gallery.

There are various suites with balconies / terraces / verandas, but if you choose a unit without, you will still be able to observe outdoor surroundings with our integrated full view systems, installed in all ship residences.  Privacy and controlled entry will be superior with our layered biometric security systems.  Pamper yourself, or get in shape aft on level A and B, at the Spa / martial arts fitness center.  Planned in the first stage of our development project, are seven new luxurious twin hull ocean liners, that will take you on an adventurous journey and provide you with the best hospitality and finest services.  Experience, Excellence, Expectation, Extravagance, Exquisite, Expression, and Extreme, traveling in continuous circumnavigation of the seas, only where it is mostly sunny and warm.  Our initial liner is planned for completion 2009.

Vacation homes, suites, cabins, and staterooms, will be available in different ownership choices at our club. In these types of owner ships, you can acquire various periods throughout the year in two week, life long increments.  This gives you the stability of knowing your annual vacationing period, and that the units cost is set.  Similar to, but not time share / timeshare, as there are many distinctive differences.  Various occupancy, floor plans, interiors, designs, and style of accommodations are available in an assortment of properties.  Scheduled maintenance, and refurbishment programs, that are included in the price for each deck level. Relax and enjoy your holidays knowing that everything is looked after.  There are twenty six different intervals to select from, comparable to a timeshare / timeshares or time shares that have 52, ours are only 26 periods.  There is no difference in the weeks, as the destination you choose for any time of the year is always great. More luxurious accommodations, and exclusively aboard our residential ocean liner.  Average prices from $116.39 U.S. funds, per passenger per week based on double occupancy, our 2 week minimum, plus onboard costs and other transportation expenses for owners.  Pricing from $9,311.02 U.S. for 2 weeks annual use.

Fractional ownership of our vacationing property is becoming more and more popular.  In this form of owner ship, also referred to as a private residence club, ownerships are instead of weeks, divided into fractions of a year.  Fractionals in our programs range anywhere from 1/26 (14 days), 1/13 (monthly) and up scaleable to what you'd like.  Escape the winter, cold and snow for a few months, choose your favorite place to visit and the accommodation that fits perfect to your lifestyle.  Use it as a second home option, or second place to live with the choice of living in many places around the world.  Use your property as a retirement escape and retire everywhere. Use of your fraction can be taken all at once, or split up into various times for your convenience depending on availability.  Priced from $16,026.65 U.S. for 1/13 (28 days) yearly.

Another option is the ability to buy a single property, or group of property from us, and operate your purchase as a vacationing - cruising business.  This can be done globally, internationally, regionally, locally, or seasonally, and also by integrating one of the above options for owning.  Businesses that can be run annually, at certain times annually, or at selected places around the world.  As the building of each additional liner is implemented, you can buy additional inventory, which in turn makes each venture completely scaleable.

• You can purchase 1 suite, cabin, or stateroom, or shared interest in a group of cabins, suites, and staterooms to provide cruises everywhere.  Our smallest cabin is 200 sq ft.  Our largest is more like a condo or apartment at 3,730 sq ft.

Internationally : Own and Rent

• This is where you acquire 1 or more of our units, you manage who occupies the unit (s), the international itinerary and /or location logistics, and the fees for occupancy of your acquired villa / villas.  As the vendor, you look after all transportation, air flights, food and beverage, shore excursions, entertainment, restaurant and golf reservations, plus all of the details that will make your clients holiday perfect. If You are unable to, or do not wish to manage, for a small fee, our Business Center will be happy to accommodate you, or you can use the services of a travel designer.  Endless floor plans, designs, and configurations are possible in our residences, anywhere from one to five bedrooms, complete with the equivalent number of bathrooms depending on the size.  You choose the cabin, suite, or stateroom, floorplans, layout, and interior design.

Regionally :

• You can acquire 1 or more units, manage fees & who occupies the residence in various global regions.  This program allows the owners, to concentrate on business in a certain geographical region.  From the United States, the Caribbean, South America, Hawaii, the Mediterranean, South Pacific islands, Costa Rica, Australia, and other exciting destinations.  You can choose your favorite region or regions and only conduct your venture in the location or locations you have chosen. You establish the price, based on what you are supplying your clientele, and develop all of the details of what's included in your prices. We will not profit from or collect any additional income from properties or businesses, other than the cost of maintaining and operating.  Surplus incomes generated, or profits generated from other investment sources in the complex, at our private island escapes, or from our exclusive properties, will be used to help the less fortunate, protection and preservation of our oceans, and humanitarian purposes.  While you are vacationing, cruising, or living on board and having a wonderful experience, You are also contributing towards helping make the world a better place to live for all.  Ultimately, our residents, clients, and guests, have the choice to volunteer their services for humanitarian efforts, donating, contributing their expertise, or remain as a contributor from contributions made simply by being a resident, passenger or guest.  The owners and operators of all establishments, our suppliers, our partners, realize that they can contribute in an on going basis with a purpose.
