Above there
are 20 of the deck levels aboard by letter on each side of the ocean liner twin hull.
Prices are listed by address
for each property and are in a range of 10 addresses per page where available for either
a port side or starboard resort residence. A choice of places for sale, inside, outside,
water front or sea view, oceanview or oceanfront.
Each
price list shows the pricing to buy one of the luxury living accommodations, the
area (sq ft) from smallest to largest, and
the maximum number of passengers. From here you will also find a selection
of floor plans, and information on different complex features.
All pricing in our resorts, the
maintenance fees are inclusive. Think of it as owning a condo, where there
are no condo fees to worry about. With fractional ownerships
the cost to live aboard monthly is the same as though to purchase.
Vacationing ownerships, the fee is integrated into the costs of living onboard.
Pricing on cruises or vacations is for a two week interval, inclusive of
maintenance fees, and averaged for owners only. Cruising business suites, cabins and staterooms are available to own in any of our programs. All
accommodations and programs for owning are priced in United States dollars, and subject to
change without notice.
