Luxury Ocean Liner - Extreme

Want to do something adventurous with your life?  Just get out there and explore the World, visit other countries, experience various cultures and lifestyles?  This is what we are basically doing, only you don't have to travel from home to the airport, fly, then travel from your destination to a hotel or resort somewhere in the World, explore, enjoy, relax, and then turn around to do the same thing in reverse.  Or If you are an avid traveler, repeat this over and over, leaving your house empty until you return.  What if you forget to pack something, or there just isn't enough room to bring everything you need?  Why not take your home and everything else along with you?

No you don't have to hire movers, or charter a jet.  You can do this and more, with the acquirement of a residential ocean liner residence.  In our development, we are going to build seven twin hull ocean liners, with all of the conveniences and features required of a small town, city, or master planned community.  The main difference is, this small town or master planned city is at sea, constantly circumnavigating the earth, maintaining a course toward sunshine and great weather.

The amenities and services are very different than what you would find at a hotel or find on a cruise ship.  We are building each cruiseliner with two hulls that will provide a voyage that is extremely comfortable compared to any other ships.  Life is an extreme luxury in itself, why not live it the best way possible - onboard one of our twin hull luxurious liners ? Or, if you only want to stay onboard part of the year, we have a fractional owner ship programs as well.  This is a perfect choice for retirement and retiring in a place that is warm.  A great choice to escape the winter every year to a tropical climate.

Living aboard is not the only option, we also have properties at our family resorts for holidays, cruising, and vacationing, and property for retirement.  You can use your property for pleasure, business, or a mixture of both.  Rent one of our vacation homes, or own, the choices at our resorts you will find are diverse and exclusive.  Unlike other real estate for sale, rent, or lease, and is an investment in a lifestyle rather than financial.  New and interesting ways of owning a way to get to places we refer to as paradise.
