We are the only residential ocean liner builder in the world, and will be a global provider of international offshore exclusive residences in a private residence club environment, supplying a wide selection of custom designed and constructed penthouses, estates, luxury homes, suites, cabins, staterooms, and living quarters.

Penthouse properties for sale are located on levels A & B.  Luxury estates for sale are located on levels C through H, Cruise Resort Clubs suites, cabins, staterooms, villas, vacation ownership property, and other vacationing property are on levels I J M N Q & R.  Entertainment and leisure facilities, Casino Enterplex, oceanfront, and water front dwellings are on decks K and L. Our health sciences center and grocery store are above the life boat stations on deck O, Estate quarters are located two levels below the promenade deck shopping center level P, on levels S through V.  Staff quarters are on levels W X & Y.  Fractional ownership properties are available, on ten levels F H I J L M N Q R V.

Our residential ocean liners, specifically by design, are unique, and intricately detailed with sophisticated technology. Commercial / Residential / Resort complexes, having the ability to journey vast expanse seas in extreme comfort, and visit international locations for extended periods of time.  Focusing on our future and protection of our oceans, alternative energy, environmental preservation, and humanitarian efforts.

Unlike fixed locales, our twin hull luxurious liners will maintain the ability to avoid undesirable climates or weather conditions such as hurricanes, continuously seeking out the most favorable climate we all think of as paradise.

Our corporate off shore offices will be built and located on estate level E, next to our environment research facility and business services center, with direct access to operational functions.  As a global provider, We will strive to provide the best place to live in the world, with great services, convenience, and ideal amenities, conscious of our fragile oceans and environment.

Not designed as a cruise ship, we are able to offer new ways of owning a vacation home and owning homes onboard for annual cruises.  You will be able to travel anywhere and everywhere on our island earth accessible by sea, but only where the climate is warm.

Each private residence is exclusive to residents and their guests, with controlled entry to all locations onboard through our layered biometrics security identification system.  The technology available gives us unique capabilities to provide all of our clients distinctive features in their ship residences that are not available from any other builder, business, resorts, or other places to reside in the World.
