Reservations :

To reserve owning a residential cruiseliner unit, please read the following.

Penthouses : To request a reservation for buying one of our twin hull residential ocean liner penthouse properties on deck levels A or B, e-mail us with the address of the unit you are interested in. If there is more than one party interested in the unit chosen, we will notify you. Your name will still be placed on the requested property. Requests will be prioritized in the order in which they are received. In the event more than one person or entity has requested a certain property, the first received shall be given first right of refusal or acceptance.

There are no deposits or monies asked for, or money accepted for reserving to purchase a unit onboard. FQA

The building of our initial complex will begin shortly. Each person, company, or entity will be requested to confirm their intent to order and acquire one or more of our properties they have selected.

The confirmation, requires a letter of intent. We will provide deposit terms, escrow account payment options, escrow account payment obligations, keel laying date, building schedule, guarantee, scheduled money draws, how to share in $1.4 billion, and other purchase details. Once a letter of intent has been completed by a purchaser, a contract to build will be prepared.

Only those who have completed a mutual confidentiality agreement with our company will have access to this and other information. Agreement

There are family accommodations in this group from cabin size to apartment or condo, to mansions or palaces. A place to live where the best of everything has been designed and integrated into all aspects of each home for the lifestyle, comfort, and convenience of the residents. Choice of global residency, regional residency, or reside internationally. Unlike an apartment, or condos on land, we have no municipal taxes, no maintenance fee, and no condo fees.

Fractional Ownership Homes on decks F, H, and L of our resort are available in fractionals as well, for living aboard, only certain times of the year, or only in certain regions of the world. Our fractional ownership is very different from others. You can make plans in your future, where to retire, take annual holidays and more. Retiring where it's warm and comfortable for a month, or five to six months or more annually.

Cruise Resort Vacation Club : Reservations of, vacation homes, suites, cabins, and staterooms in our resorts, from 200 sq ft to 3,730 sq ft., available with many different vacation ownership options in a club style atmosphere where the climate is always better. Return each year and enjoy what interests you. Although our programs and owner ships seem similar to timeshares / time shares, if you compare the level of exclusivity, the ultimate amenities, the hotel services, the features, the lifestyle, you will soon discover the defining difference between timeshare / shares and our programs.

There are oceanfront villas with one or two bedroom and bathroom, to oceanview villas that have three or four bedrooms and bathrooms. A good selection for family, couples or singles. Choice of inside stateroom, or outside suites and staterooms with a water front balcony. Our prices are listed for every area on board for your convenience. Pricing is for owners and in most cases based on double occupancy. Reserving a holiday home for our initial or maiden voyage, or our first year of operation beginning 2009, is as simple as making a request. To reserve a suite, cabin, stateroom, villa, quarter, follow the same procedure as listed under the penthouses.

Cruises : Offering once in a lifetime, or for a lifetime, cruises to most destinations around the world accessible from our great seas. Available to purchase through cruise business owners, their travel designers, or their agents. Our price lists only show costs for owners. Prices to rent regular cruising will be available from our partners as we get closer to our maiden voyage.

Vacations : Cruise Resort Clubs will have travel designers that will be able to design exclusive vacationing packages or cruising packages designed specifically around their clientele. Our exclusive luxury resorts, will have fractional ownerships from 1/26 (two weeks) to 1/13 (monthly) and up, scaleable to what is required. Endless vacations and cruising can be reserved the same as what is described in our penthouse units.

Estate Quarters : One, two, or three bedroom quarter residences with private bathrooms, kitchen or kitchenette, dining room or dinette, living room or areas, and all of the inclusive features you would find in most of our residence at sea dwellings. A few of these include porthole windows, and all others are inclusive of full view systems.

Fractionals are available to buy on deck level V as second places to live choices, retirement options, a winter escape, or retiring in paradise. Ideal ways of owning top of the line quality.

Retail / Lease :

Restaurants : Connoisseurs corridor leads to all Culinations International Restaurants, offering the best selection of cuisine, located all at one place. Other restaurant facilities and eateries can be found in different public areas onboard. Leases are negotiated with the restaurateur to provide maximum benefit to our clients, maintaining the highest quality of service and hospitality in food and beverage operations. Health Sciences Center and Provisions Grocery Store :

Promenade Shopping Center : Located on the promenade aboard each of our luxurious ocean liners is our shopping center and Art gallery. All decks and levels merge here, providing access to life boats and tenders. Muster stations, life boat and tender entry is from here. Retail shops with products from around our island earth for your shopping pleasure. Leasing of a business suite or area to provide clients with products from your venture on board can be arranged. Leases that are arranged include accommodations for staff and personnel required to operate the establishments, therefore are totally different from the average leased on land.

There is various real estate for sale, rent, or offered in various forms of owner ship, but our unique ownerships offer a distinctive and real definition, compared to other international offerings for sale or rent. Each accommodation will be fully furnished, and inclusive of either a kitchen or kitchenette depending on the size.
