Cruises are one of the best ways of traveling and taking vacations.  With Cruise Owner Ship ™, you can own resort property and operate a business venture that provides cruises and vacations to a wide range of clients.  Offer live onboard properties and rent or lease to select clients, but not aboard ordinary ships, aboard our luxurious ocean liners.  The differences between our luxurious liners and standard passenger ships are many, as ours have been specifically designed and are being built different from what you would find anywhere in the world.  A twin hull luxurious liner that you can buy property on board, own and operate a regional, international, or global business that is scaleable and has potential.  The only and first to be built that will have luxury resorts with exclusive ways of owning vacation homes, estates, estate quarters, designer suites, cabins, custom staterooms, for the purpose of partner commerce.  There are endless possibilities, and opportunities of a lifetime. Private accommodations and vacationing residences for sale located on deck levels F, H, I, J, L, M, N, Q, R, and V are offered to individuals, businesses and corporations in various forms of ownerships.  A choice of places from 200 to 500 sq ft to places the size of condos or apartments at 750 to 1,500 sq ft, and larger condo or apartment sized villas from 1,650 to 3,730 square feet.  One bedroom and bathroom for singles and couples, to two, three, or four bedrooms and bathrooms for family, and each place has a kitchenette or kitchen.  There are several different ways an onboard residence, home, cabin, suite, or stateroom, can be acquired to achieve desired goals.  Shares can be anywhere from two weeks annually to 28 days annually to as many months as you want on an annual basis, or whole.  You share the costs with people that have a mutual interest, or you control the interest.

Cruise Business

If you are familiar with timeshare or the basic principle of condo timeshares, this is similar but not the same as timeshare of condos or apartments.  Our itineraries will run on minimum two week intervals, but you have the freedom to provide whatever length rental term or interval to customers you choose.  The choices of destinations or operating regions are plentiful and not fixed.  We will be staying at destinations we have been invited to for 2 - 3 days so residents and guests can discover each country, explore each town or city, and experience the adventure at their leisure. Room service is available to customers the same as a 5 star hotel, and facilities are similar to that of a small country town or city.  In some cases better.

Fractional ownership can be used for regional or international ventures at different times throughout the year, or to concentrate on a specific region.  Fractionals can be for national regions, certain countries or geographic regions.  You can start small and acquire additional shares as the building of each of The Seven Wonders Of The Seas begins.  Fractional ownership is an ideal option that entrepreneurs and developers can utilize to target various markets in this industry, and are obtainable exclusively through us.

Full or whole ownerships for a global or internationally operated venture.  Buy a unit and live onboard part of the year, and lease or rent it out when you are not using the unit.  Develop an intercontinental cruising or vacationing product that targets certain interests or lifestyles and offer your clients packages that are geared toward their interests and / or lifestyle.  You can purchase a single or couple of cabin or stateroom accommodations or a group of suite accommodations and provide rentals to the public everywhere we visit.  This could be accomplished by your firm, in collaboration with travel designers or agents, either as partners, or on an as needed basis.  In this program, the properties are custom built to meet the desire of the owners that best fit with how they want to offer or use their personal or corporate holdings.

The income potential from rental property is what you make.  We will not profit from or collect any additional incomes from our partner businesses, other than the cost of operating and expenses of maintaining.  Portions of incomes generated, or profits generated from other income sources onboard, at our exclusive properties, or from our private island escapes, will be used for helping the less fortunate, humanitarian purposes, protection and preservation of our oceans.

So, as you are vacationing, cruising, or living on board and having a great life experience, You are also contributing towards help making the World a better place to live.  Ultimately, our clients have the option of contributing their services to humanitarian efforts, volunteer their expertise, donating, or remaining as a contributor from contributions made simply by being a resident, passenger or guest.  The owners and operators of all establishments, and our suppliers, realize that they can contribute in an ongoing basis with a purpose.

Inclusive features vary depending on the size and location of each unit, but are generally all the same.  Homes with a balcony / terrace / veranda or lanai available, are port & starboard on level F, H, I, J, L, M, N, and ones without are on decks Q, R, & V, which have porthole widows or high definition view systems.  Numerous floorplan layouts below the promenade shopping complex include porthole windows.  Every resort club vacation home is fully furnished, complete with custom kitchens, state of the art computer systems, high speed internet access, and intranet.

Abundant amenities including Enterplex Entertainment and Leisure Complex, Culinations Restaurants for fine or casual dining, Provisions groceries and supplies, 24 hour Concierge Service, Health Sciences Center for Your Medical Care, including a Pharmacy, Indoor or Outdoor Swimming Pools, and of course Luxury Shopping, A Library, An Art Gallery, A Museum, and more.

There are various villas with terraces / verandas, but if you choose an inside estate or holiday home without a terrace / veranda / balcony or in our quarters, you will still be able to observe outdoor surroundings with our integrated full view systems installed in all staterooms, cabins, or suites.  Privacy and controlled entry are superior with our state of the art layered biometric security systems.  Pamper yourself or get in shape aft on levels A and B at our World class luxury spa and martial arts fitness facilities.

Our initial twin hulled seven wonders of the seas is planned for completion 2009.  Prices are based on the first we are building, and subject to change.  If you reserve or order, the price will be held from the date of ordering. Maintenance fees are included in all programs in our development.  Club membership and utilities are additional. The averaged standard cruising price for owners, that are shown in our prices to give you an idea of the cost.
