In 1991 we redesigned fractional
ownership in our resorts, our homes, and residences to provide the world's only
place to live that has lifestyle options that are unique, and full of adventure.
Ownerships of fractionals give you the choice of when and for how long you want
to be staying in the property.
In fact the history of this type of
shared owning actually began over 700 years ago, seven hundred years before
timeshare, and was used extensively on boats and ships for
transportation of cargo and goods on the seas. It has been adopted by the
jet and aircraft industry in the united states for a few years, and now other
types of businesses including resorts and yachts.
Residential ocean liners are not a
cruise ship or line, but will be the most luxurious, technology enhanced fleet
that has a mutual owner arrangement. With us, you can travel to different
places in the world at various times of the year, and depending on where you
begin your traveling plans, be in a different destination each time.

A number of unique properties for
sale that are available with this type of shared program located on ten
different deck levels, and available from 1/26 of a year and up, scaleable to
what you want. Select estates, private residences, vacationing properties,
suites, cabins, and staterooms. Deck level F, and H are both luxury home
levels, with properties for sale just under the million dollar range, to over 5
million dollar estates. Ranging in size from the smallest at 1,000 sq ft,
to the largest at 6,100 sq ft, and are custom built with the best designer
products available. On level L there are many waterfront accommodations
from the size of a suite to that of a condo or family apartment.
Fractionals in the resorts levels,
are a variance to our owner ship programs based on two week, or 14 day
vacations, providing a longer term for your leisure. Cruise Resort
Clubs are located on decks I J M N Q and R, V are Estate Quarters.
Vacationing and live onboard residences are fully furnished, complete with
custom crafted hybrid kitchens, high definition full view monitors, state of the
art computer (s), inclusive of high speed internet access, and an on board
intranet service. Residences are available in one, two, or three bedroom
accommodations, and larger if required, with a matching number of private
bathrooms depending on the size. Layouts and sizes of the units vary
substantially, location can be inside, oceanview, or with an oceanfront terrace
/ balcony. |

Numerous onboard amenities, including
Enterplex Entertainment & Leisure Complex,
Culinations Restaurants for fine or casual dining,
Provisions groceries and supplies, a
health care center for your medical care, if needed,
complete with a pharmacy and emergency services, outdoor and indoor
swimming pools, and a shopping complex which also houses the art gallery. There are numerous
units with private terraces / verandas / balconies, but if you choose an estate without a
terrace / veranda / balcony, you will still be able to observe outdoor surroundings with
our integrated
Full View System, installed in all units aboard as a
standard feature. Privacy, controlled entry, and convenience will be ultimate with our
layered biometric security systems.
There will be no need to carry cash, debit or credit cards while onboard.
The biometrics and automation features work together providing instantaneous
identification at all places you make a purchase, and bill your house
account accordingly. |
Unlike time shares which
generally operate on a weekly basis, our programs will operate on a minimum
of two weeks. Differing from timeshares again, our fraction program
extends this into longer periods for you to relax and enjoy life. If
You want to escape the winter, snow and cold for a few months to where it's
warm a sunny, or to the other extreme, the heat, hurricanes, typhoons, or wet
weather for a while every year, this is the perfect place to do this.
You can pre arrange an annual schedule to live on board, and escape to
where the climate will be a little more comfortable than various parts of the
World at certain seasons of the year.
If You have plans for
retirement, but don't want to stay away too long from home or family when
you retire, You can plan Your retirement easily, knowing when and where you
will be each year for a set annual interval. Another great fraction
feature, is the ability to choose where you will be living during your stay.
The United States, Canada, the Caribbean, the Mediterranean, Europe, South
Pacific, Australia, At Sea, Hawaii, tropical islands, or all of the above
and many more. As well, you will be able to visit the same places each
year, or alter where you'd like to be annually. No matter what age you
would like to retire, or what you prefer to do, our universal programs and
systems can be catered to give you the best possible experience. |
Cost of living onboard
: This is like owning condos or apartments in a hundred places, paying for one, but never having
to pay a condo fee like hotel condos or hotel apartment buildings. Maintenance fees are included, and this includes a number of
different items.
No Condo Fees
You only pay for what you use. The costs of residing
aboard are up to you. Utilities are additional, but are
metered. Electricity, water, waste disposal, water treatment, are metered.
Our utility rates reflect what we believe to be as close to the actual pricing as possible
based on current and projected operational costs. With our extensive use of solar power, wind power, and other renewable
alternative energy, our use of fossil fuel will be minimal. This adds
to the value of being one of our partners or owners.
Food and beverages are additional.
You can purchase groceries at our grocery store and make your own meals. You can
dine at any of our restaurants on connoisseurs corridor, or dine at any
destination restaurant.
What is inclusive ?
:
Use of inclusive facilities on
the most part is included, however some restrictions and availability of
various components may apply. Golf course use is included at our
exclusive properties, but golf tee times should be reserved, the fitness
center can be used at will, but spa treatments at one of the spas are
additional, certain entertainment and leisure venues are additional, Casino
gaming and newly released movies are an extra. Our initial twin hull
liner of our seven wonders of the seas is planned to be completed 2009.

We are also offering cruise
business opportunities in programs where you can own similar to timeshares /
time shares, or mutual ownerships, but these are not a timeshare. A
regional, international, or global business, where you can select the region
or regions to provide exclusive cruises, vacations, or accommodations to
clients, with access to travel designers and their services, or provide your
own service. The potential of what you can provide is endless.

Prices, start at $8,013.32 U.S., Example - to own this unit for
approximately 14 days a year (1/26), for a lifetime, the cost would be $14.31
U.S. per day if calculated over 20 years, and include maintenance fees.
Based on double occupancy, your 14 day cost per year, per person,
would be $200.33. If you project this on a 20 year term, this works to $14.31 daily,
plus expenses. For a brand new residence in our resort club
area, this provides a great value. If you base the lifetime of the residential liner on a minimum of 90 years, it
is about $3.18 a day. If you look at history, and then the future, and what it
would be to invest in a development of this stature, you'll soon realize it's
worth. |
