quarters will be available for our clientele to select from. Floor plans
for all residences, including Cruise Resort Vacation Clubs suites and staterooms
will be available here for viewing and selecting. Our designers and
interior design products are from around the world. Interiors will be
continuously added to and upgraded by a designer to provide inspiration or
options. It is our goal to make each twin hull ocean liner complex not
only the most luxurious place to live, but also the best place to live in the
world, and the best place to retire.
Depending on your
lifestyle, how many persons you are looking to accommodate, the size of property
you want for your family, the type of property you are looking for, or where you
want to reside, the options are endless. Our selection ranges from the
smallest suite or stateroom accommodation onboard at 200 - 250 sq ft, to the
largest residences aboard at 8,000 sq ft or more if required. From cabin
sized to condo, hotel suite sized, to apartment condos, to mansions or palaces,
and everything in between. The types of properties aboard vary, and offer
a good selection of different design options for various lifestyles and sizes of
families.

One bedroom suites and staterooms
with one bathroom, two bedroom and two bathroom stateroom, three bedrooms with
three bathrooms, four, five, six, seven or more bedrooms with a matching number
of bathrooms in our family estates and penthouses depending on the size.
Standard features, exclusive features and options are listed below, but each of
the properties will be distinctive from another. Kitchen cabinets, kitchen
appliances, counter tops are all unique. Bath room cabinetry, countertops
and bath fixtures are all top of the line. Floor plans are designed in a
way that provides the most use of space, and for your comfort and convenience.
You can choose an ideal layout with
the rooms where you would like them. You can add personal accessories to
make your home ideal. The dining room could be in a location to give you
an oceanview or gardenview. Your office could be near the terrace for an
oceanfront vista. Penthouse level units have private terraces or a lanai
and include a plunge pool. Estate level units with terraces, verandas, or
a lanai, have plunge pools as an option. Vacation resort accommodations
are also available in a wide range of sizes and styles, some with an oceanview
private balcony, and others with porthole views.
All dwellings on board will be
inclusive of full view systems no matter the size or type of dwelling, giving
residents, passengers, or guests, similar views to that of portholes.
High speed internet access is
included in the maintenance fees. Electricity, water, and other utilities
are metered separately to give you exact usage and your costs.
The high level of security in your
home at sea is layered and extends well beyond the complex. Our layered
biometric security is also integrated into the automation components for added
conveniences.
A minimum of 1 computer per unit
that is connected to every other computer forming a closed intranet, directly
linked to all businesses, restaurants, services, hospitality, entertainment,
leisure, and spa facilities. Like having an in house concierge service
where you can order groceries, go shopping, reserve spa treatments, reserve golf
course tee times, make restaurant reservations, make entertainment reservations,
set up appointments, talk to neighbors or friends, or access any of the other
services available, exclusively for our clients. If there is something you
can't find either on the internet or intranet, our concierge service will be
happy to help.
Ownership options are diverse as
well. Exclusive owner ship programs from 2 weeks and up in our resorts.
Fractional ownership in our resorts and luxurious residential accommodations.
Choice of whole owning or share owning that last for the lifetime of the liners.
An ultimate residence selection of places designed specifically for
international living, international travel, vacations and cruises, offering
extended stays at intercontinental destinations so you can explore each
destination at leisure. In our various owner ships, you own the unit
selected for the number of weeks or months chosen to use for vacations,
business, or living onboard. Ownerships of fractionals can be catered to a
plan that meets the residency desire of the buyer. You will be able to
travel to the Caribbean every year, take cruises to the Mediterranean, or
Hawaii, or enjoy every destination if you are a full time resident, the choice
or choices are open. A perfect way to retire, relax and enjoy retirement
life in style.
The building of our initial twin
hull cruise liner is being planned for completion, and the maiden voyage in
2009, providing an experience beyond what you could imagine. The amenities
that will be available on board add to the convenience, comfort, and
experiences, for all residents, passengers and guests. The integrated
technology improves on these comforts and conveniences. |
