There
are many things that are considered luxuries in life, but life itself is a
luxury, and one that if we have enough good luck, and work hard enough,
can enjoy the pleasures the good lord has made available to us.
We all work hard to retire
as early as possible and plan to enjoy our retirement the best possible
way. A great number of us want to retire and live where it's warm
and comfortable, or travel and see the world, or experience both. We research
places to reside where the climate is like paradise, and places to visit
that have quality amenities so we can enjoy our retirement.
If you look at the
options for retiring, there are many. You can choose an island in
the Caribbean, one of the many islands in the Bahamas, the
Mediterranean, a tropical island in the South Pacific, California, or
Florida, and even on a cruise ship. Retiring in our paradise is an
alternative or option to retiring in Florida, the Caribbean, the Bahamas
and other warm climates. The term retired, often refers to being
old, but you can be retired at any age, and it doesn't matter how young you are, or
how young you feel.
What we have to offer
is quite different. Our climate will be mostly sunny and always
warm. There are no hurricanes and no property taxes. Our maintenance
fees are included in the selling price. There are not any monthly condo fees. Our
amenities and facilities are like a city, and are all within walking
distance from home. You can buy a home to reside in full time, or
part time.
We have the worlds most luxurious vacation homes
available to own that you can use two weeks to a month or more
every year. A private resort residence club that has a great
selection of resort residences to fit different household income
levels, and budgets. A choice of property the size of cabins,
suites, staterooms to suit singles or couples, a condo, an apartment,

We are building our ocean liners
with two parallel hulls to provide maximum comfort traveling the oceans and seas.
Our twin hull luxurized liners will provide more than twice the comfort compared to other ships.
The hulls have thicker steel for added strength, and will be more than
four times thicker than any other ships or liners ever built. Like
building a residence, an apartment, or a condo complex on land, in order to build a
quality and solid structure, you must have a solid foundation.
