Luxury ocean residences, custom

that make your life a little easier. Layered biometric security constantly
monitors who and where you are onboard, and is so smart, it will alert the
bridge if you're not aboard before disembarking any destination in the world.
Oceanview systems complement a wall of your choice, giving you a view of any
direction outside, plus the temperature, time, and weather forecast. Home
automation is a standard feature in all our estates, customizable from simple
commands selected and set on your PC. Larger homes onboard liner
expression or any of our liners can be acquired by amalgamating estates, either
from port, starboard, aft, and fore, or decks above and below, or we can arrange
any suitable floor plan layout from our existing plans.
Most of the property located here
are on the water front, with private balconies looking out to sea. There
are choices of places to live anywhere from 600 square feet up to 2,060 square
feet. All of these world homes have a custom kitchen including quality
appliances. A choice of one bedroom and bathroom apartments, to
comfortable family condos that have two or three bedrooms and bathrooms.
Outer residential estate properties are available with custom interior designs,
designer and decorator fixtures and products, unique floor plans and integrated
technology. Interiors designed the way you want, decorated with your personal
touch. Each residence on the seas, distinctive from one another.
When living aboard one of our luxurious cruise liners, expect the best there is
to offer, this is not a cruise ship.

We invented Enterplex. Many years
ago we originated, developed and created all aspects of Enterplex as a private
brand for official use in our resort. This is a a service mark we have used for
more than 15 years in our trade.
Waterfront properties on this deck are available with fractional ownership.
Our fractional ownership can give you worlds of choices on a place where you can
live around our island earth, and a choice of what time of the year when the
weather at these places is best.
Retirement living is an option as well, utilizing our fractionals. You can
retire where it is warm, sunny and comfortable for as many months as you would
like on an annual basis. This can be in the winter, the fall, the spring,
or summer, any of the four seasons or all of the four seasons. An
exclusive program we have designed and developed to meet the different
lifestyles and goals of people planning on retiring.
Ownerships of our exclusive fractionals is also a unique way of owning a second
home. A second place to reside anytime of the year on an annual interval.
Fractions for ownerships begin at 1/13 (28 days) annually and go up. There
are many other fractions available to choose from, and would depend on what you
want.
