Luxury residential ocean liner expression has living quarters that are available in 2 week vacation home owner ships, as well as fractional ownerships. Each cabin, suite, or stateroom, include full view systems, state of the art computer systems, furnishings, and are completely custom crafted. Restricted access to any residence club accommodation, or deck when you stay onboard is controlled by your registry in our layered biometric security systems.

There are accommodations from two hundred to nine hundred and fifty square feet, in either the port side hull or starboard side hull. All of these vacationing residences have a kitchen or kitchenette for your convenience. There is a wide choice of cabins, suites or staterooms to choose from, but they are only available to those who want to own.

If you would like to take cruises only, aboard our luxurious liners, you will have the choice of being able to purchase cruises from one of our business partners, their travel designers or agents.

Luxury vacation ownership of our holiday homes at sea are available in many different ways. You have the choice of being able to buy two weeks annual use for a lifetime up to as long as you want. You can live aboard, retire onboard, you can buy one of our properties for private use by yourself and your family or you can purchase a property or group of properties for a business.

Escape to the Caribbean annually, or choose a different place to escape each year. You won't have to worry much about the rising costs of fuel, and what it will cost you to take vacations with us in the future. We are building each of our twin hull liners with extensive alternative and renewable fuel supply systems that will keep your costs stable.

Choice of single floor suites or staterooms, or multiple floor accommodations that are fully furnished and accented with the best designer products. Unique floor plans, exclusive kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, designer ceilings, walls, floors, and fixtures complement each of our escapes. There are standard high end appliances, intelligent home automation, state of the art computer systems, layered biometric security, and extreme quality amenities aboard for you and your family to enjoy. First class international travel to global destinations and exotic private locations for you to explore, relax, or discover.

Our programs are similar to timeshares, but not a timeshare. There are similarities to time share but our mutual shares are very different than these other styles of shares or ownerships. We have minimum two week intervals, instead of one. All our destinations are where it's warm and comfortable, and there are no residential property taxes.

Fractional ownership is available from 1/26 of a year and up if you want a long and relaxing holiday every year, or are able to get away for longer periods than a week every year. We have many ways of how you can become owners of places onboard our luxurious world liners, and many choices for taking vacations. There are also options of permanent living onboard, or retirement.
