resort complexes with all of the amenities and features of a fine gated
community and more. As available, designer products will be featured in
the interior design pages for your convenience and selection of items. Compare

We offer privacy, security, and an
abundance of unique integrated features in all of our residence at sea estates.
There are a selection of units on this deck available in our fractional
ownership program at 1/26 of a year and up from $8,013.32 U.S. This gives you
two weeks of living onboard every year for the life time of our liners, which is
estimated to last a minimum of 90 to 100 years, and everything is new. There is
only you, and 26 other owners, or less depending on the length of owner ships.
Our fractional ownership is an option for retirement life, to live where it's
sunny and warm when you retire. Retire in the paradise you choose, and enjoy
retiring at many places, but only where the climate is warm and comfortable.
