You could look at this as like owning a condo, but with no condo fees or condominium property tax. The cost to live aboard is very reasonable. Maintenance fees are inclusive in all purchase prices. These include maintaining everything, fuel costs, ocean liner transportation, security, safety enhancements, insurance, use of our exclusive escapes and golf courses, adventure, water sports equipment, scuba diving equipment, plus a scheduled upgrade program and many other exclusive features. Basically you won't have to do anything, everything will be looked after for you. You only have to relax and enjoy your lifestyle with the leisure and freedom to do what you want. Relax, enjoy the voyage, and the experience with your family. If you retire here, retirement will be different. A place where you can retire and voyage to many places in the ultimate comfort. An alternative to retiring in one place, with the best retirement options. There are a few things that are not included, such as air transportation, specialty services, food and beverage, or utilities. It would be impossible to include these, as no one can predict what their future costs will be due to the rising price of labor and gas. You can calculate a minimal food and beverage average. |

This will vary depending on your taste, lifestyle, and what you like to eat. All of our live aboard international properties will have metered utilities, giving the owner an accurate detail on consumption and usage. Garbage disposal and recycling charges will be gauged by volume and weight, electrical, water, will be metered. Electricity costs will be offset by the extensive use of alternative fuel sources wherever possible, remaining better for our environment, and reducing onboard living costs, which are passed on to the owner / resident. Detailed usage charges for all utilities, will be invoiced on a month to month basis to residents. Invoices are directed to the property owners homes, via internal computer systems and intranet. Owners of properties, are then able to verify and approve debit from their pre-established onboard account. This is not a cruise ship or line, and our travel itinerary provides for extended visits at international locations throughout the world, in turn reducing traveling costs, and maintaining a high level of quality. We are building into each of our twin hull liners an array of state of the art technology features that will be integrated into our intelligent biometric security systems. These state of the art features, along with our extensive use of solar power, wind power, and other renewable energy products will provide our community with a consistent source of dependable energy, while remaining very environmentally friendly. |

In all programs, the standard
operating expenses are integrated into the prices listed to buy the property or
buy a shared interest in the property and program chosen. Member Ships There are fixed costs for owning. These are basic operational expenses and the total of these expenses divided equally are what the membership at our clubs cost. MemberShip gives each member a very fair fee to belong. We do not charge anything additional for memberships, other than our basic operational expense. We do not profit from memberships. Any additional income is generated from other sources in our global community, and funds raised are used for helping others through humanitarian efforts, or help in the preservation of our oceans and seas, or anything else that will help make our world a better place to reside. |

| Vacation ownership programs are similar to timeshare - timeshares, you share the expenses for the time used while living onboard in one of the vacation homes. Life long or lifetime vacationing prices are for a 14 day period every year, lasting the life time of our residential ocean liners (90 - 100 Years +). Per person average, is based on double occupancy for 2 weeks, and the per passenger weekly average shows the averaged price per passenger for one weeks stay in the resorts complex. Clients on two week cruises or vacations in one of our resort owner ship programs, will only be charged for utility usage from the duration of their stay. The best part is, If you do not use your property, there are no charges. | ||||

Residents of fractional ownership
private residence club properties are charged only for the fraction of the year
that it is owned. The balance is charged to the others who own shares in
the particular fractionals. There are 1/26 and 1/13 fractional ownerships
in our prices, but there are many other fractionals available for annual use. 1/26 - 1/13 - 3/26 - 2/13 - 5/26 - 3/13 - 7/26 - 4/13 - 9/26 - 5/13 and others. |

| Business partner owners can track the utility usage of any cabin, suite, stateroom, or estate they own from their account. The cost for businesses are the same as a resident, or other types of owning. The success of every partner in their venture is very important to our company. | ||||
