Almost any lifestyle investment has maintenance. The investment in our lifestyle is different. We have many features integrated into the pricing to provide you and your family with the best experience, when you live aboard. Utilities are based on averaged utility rates, for per person usage, of north American households and are subject to variations. All penthouses, estates, vacation homes, residences, and estate living quarters will have metered utilities. Electrical, water, etc. will all be metered. Detailed usage charges for all utilities, will be invoiced on a month to month basis for residents, 1/13 fractional ownership owners, private residence club members, and every two weeks for vacation ownership owners, or 1/26 fractional ownerships. Other than these, you only pay for what you use. Maintenance is integrated into each price. There will be no fees like a condo. For persons planning vacations or cruises with Luxury Cruise Resort Clubs, the costs will be integrated into the pricing from our cruise business partners, and is not an extra charge. Invoices are directed to the property owners or occupants, via internal computer systems. Property owners, residents, and guests at our resorts, are then able to verify and approve debit from their pre-established onboard account. What is in and What's not ? The best part of what is included, are the onboard amenities and use of our exclusive residential resort facilities. Inclusive in the price for all properties are the full use of various items. Like a condo, there are however some items that are not included. Located on the top penthouse levels is the spa and martial arts fitness center. Other spa and exercise areas will be located on various levels throughout each of our luxurious ocean liners. Treatments and pampering at the spas is additional, but the use of all fitness equipment is included. Martial arts studies and treatments at the spas are extra, and vary in price depending on which type of program you are interested in. The Wave, is there for residents, guests, vacationers, and corporate clients to use for special events, occasions, and business functions. Different areas, or full area of The Wave can be leased for the length of time needed for your special event or occasion. This is a community center when not being used for other events or occasions, and night clubs in the evening. Use of the swimming pools is included. There are many outdoor and indoor pools for your convenience. The entertainment and leisure options are numerous. Full use of tennis courts, the basketball court, squash, and racquetball courts, bowling lanes, billiard tables, pool tables, and simulators. There is a small scale practice course, and golfing simulators for your golfing pleasure, so you can practice up for a game at one of our destinations. Golf is inclusive at our exclusive properties and at our partner destinations. Golf to your hearts content, but tee times should be reserved in advance. Casino Enterplex games and gaming activities at the Enterplex casinos is additional. Casino club memberships are pre arrange for your convenience. First run movies at the luxury move theaters are extra, but other motion pictures are not. Certain performances, concerts, and entertainment venues will be additional. These will be closed venues, and satellite broadcast to networks that promote humanitarian principles. Scuba diving, water sports, snorkeling, is included in the pricing. The health sciences center will be equipped with hyperbaric chambers if a scuba diver needs to be treated. Each penthouse, estate, suite, and stateroom has high speed internet access, and includes one or more computer systems. Travel aboard our ocean liners is included in the cost. Air, flights, ground, or other forms of transportation to reach or leave a liner is not included. Travel designers or agents can be used to make your destination arrangements, or you can arrange your own. No food or beverage is included in any of our prices. It would be impossible to project these costs. You have the choice of selecting a restaurant aboard or one of the restaurants at our destinations. With all of our homes, residences, estates, suites, cabins, or staterooms having kitchen facilities, you also have the option of cooking your own, or you can charter a chef to prepare your cuisine. |
