Deck N. We have over four hundred suites, staterooms, cabins or residences
for sale on this level, with various locations and sizes. Each suite,
cabin, or stateroom, is distinctive in
design from one another, offering unique floorplans and designer interiors
in all of our luxurious vacation homes at sea. One bedroom 250 sq ft
cabin to a four bedroom and bathroom 3,730 sq ft family villa that has a
large private oceanfront balcony.
There are no maintenance fees like a condo
development in Florida, and there are no residential property taxes.
The cost of living aboard is kept reasonable by our extensive use of
alternative energy.
If You are interested
in upscale luxury cruises or vacations, our residential ocean liner resorts
have been designed to provide only up scale cruising and vacationing
products. Hawaii Cruises of the Hawaiian Islands, as well as other
places in the world. Caribbean Islands, The Mediterranean, South
Pacific tropical island paradises, Europe, South America, Canada, the east
and west coasts of the United States, including Florida, the Gulf of Mexico,
and the coast of California.
These new ocean liner vacationing
villas are available to buy in programs that are similar to timeshare, time share, or mutual
owner ships. Fractional Ownership of our properties is an
option for people that want to travel longer, or get away to different
places around the world at various times of the year on an annual basis.
Our fractional ownerships are perfect to use as a winter escape and choose
where and when you would like to go every year. They are also perfect
to use as a retirement getaway, to retire living where it's warm in the
winter months every year. Share owning, and save a fortune compared to anything
else.
Regular cruises will be
available through our partner property owners and / or their agents.
Another
option we have is the ability to own a suite, stateroom, estate, residence,
or group of suites, group of staterooms, or residences and operate
a regional or international or global vacationing / cruising business.
We refer to our new arrangement as Cruise Owner Ship / Ships, and is exclusive to
all our products. As you can see, properties aboard our twin hull
liners are different compared to anything else. Residence accommodations
purchased prior to January 2008 are being constructed for their
owners and customized to the owners specifications. After this date,
the balance of our property will be completed with
a diverse range of accommodation options. We also offer our
resort owners, an administration service if they wish to have their unit (s)
managed in their absence at our corporate business services center.
There is a minimal rental management fee of 10%. Everything we build into each property is of the highest quality, giving
clients the confidence of a truly delightful holiday experience.
And of course, there is
also the choice to buy a place to experience living onboard permanently. |
