364 residences with fractional vacation ownership and other programs similar to time shares available, but not timeshares or a cruise ship.  Completely different resorts with completely different ways of taking vacations and going on cruises.  Integrating international land based destinations with the accommodations aboard our brand new luxurious liners, and offering whole or shared owner ship programs and packages that are exclusive to our twin hull residential liners.

Starting with minimum two week itineraries, and increasing in two week intervals thereafter for as long as you want with our fractionals.  We have available, one time or lifetime packages that are catered to each passenger, couple, or family.  There are twelve various sizes of suite, stateroom, cabin, and estate quarters on this deck with average prices varying from $116.39 U.S. per passenger per week based on the number of occupants.  This is the cost for owners only, averaged over twenty years, including maintenance fees, and there are no condo fees.

Ownerships for 2 weeks of annual vacations beginning at $9,311.02 U.S., and annual monthly (28 Day) fractional ownership from $18,622.05.  By owning a luxury holiday home onboard, you can plan your future travel plans every year in the same place, or change places you want to visit every year, depending on availability.  All accommodations are designed for maximum comfort and will contain advanced technology features that will provide the ultimate in comfort and convenience.
