A few other interesting
details about the building of each ocean liner. It will take approximately 55
million man hours to build. Use close to 1,00,000 pieces of steel.
Use 280 miles of pipe. Over 5,000 miles of wire, and fiber optic
cabling, with over 290,000 connections. Require 6,000 refrigerators,
5,500 cooking appliances, 5,000 washers & dryers, 9,600 flat screen
plasma monitors, 7,800 plasma television sets, 7,000 + computer systems, 5,500
stereo systems, over 10,000 toilets, 8,000 bathtubs / tubs, 4,000 shower units,
4,000,000 + sq ft of floor coverings, 15,000 + kitchen and bathroom
vessels and faucets, 5,000 dishwashers, plus many more items, used
for our luxury homes, too numerous to list.
With each residence
unique, the items listed above will vary, depending on the owners
preferences. All of our luxurious estates include unique
and exclusive built in technology features, providing added
safety, more comfort, and security to the owners.
The propulsion systems are
located both fore and aft of each of the double wall twin hulls. There are
three on the bow of each hull, and four on the stern of each hull. These
14 engines propel the ship in any direction required, as they can rotate 360
degrees. Each engine on the bow or stern can spin 360 degrees. Being both
fore and aft, on port side and starboard side add to our ships maneuverability
and allow our cruise liners to turn on a dime.
Our extensive use of
alternative and renewable energy are the main sources of electricity
onboard. Wind power, solar power, and hybrid energy from the sun.
These alternative fuels supply power to the engines, the
complex infrastructure, the cabins, suites, staterooms, and residences.
Our extensive use of environmentally friendly renewable fuel keeps the
cost of living onboard stable for each resident and business owner well
into the future. We will only travel and live where it is warm and
mostly sunny, allowing the sun and wind to provide us with an endless
fuel supply.
The life boats on port
side and starboard side are stored and deploy transverse to the
superstructure. There are additional lifeboats on the stern that are
stored and deploy parallel to the superstructure. This exclusive
design feature on our residential cruise liners increases our lifeboat
passenger capacity by 75% to 100% compared to others, and thus safety.
There are double the number of lifeboat spaces available to our residents
and guests under a normal evacuation circumstance at average occupancy.
We invented, developed and perfected these technologies to make a safe and
secure environment as you live aboard on the oceans and seas.
These are the main
highlights, and there are many more we are going to build into each
complex for a quality lifestyle as we voyage around the world. We
have many choices on how you can buy and own a property aboard.
You can buy for private use or for business. You can retire and live
onboard from two weeks annually to a month annually to as many months as
you would like every year, or you can reside and enjoy retirement onboard permanently.
You can purchase a vacation suite, cabin, or stateroom and travel every year
for a lifetime.
If you expect the best,
you will get the best and better.
